I like the easy self check-in. Very convenient.
Can easily hear other occupants. Tons of street noise. Traffic lights from outside disrupt sleep (curtains not sufficient for black-out conditions).

Everything was perfect
All was as expected

Access
Lack of parking and no ac.

Room was small but very lovely, nicely decorated felt like home. Small bathroom but lovely shower.
The walls are thin, we were located next to the stairs so could hear everyone coming in and out. Nice cafe down the road.
4.3
Very close to the town centre within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and a local co-op.
Access was straight forward and there was no reception to queue up at.
Rooms were well appointed.
Its situated on a busy road junction which had traffic noise throughout the night. Not much that can be done about it in hot weather.
Signage could have been a bit clearer.
4.3
Convenient and private
Road noise was a debit
4.3
Location good although noisy on the main road
The room was small and too warm ( without heating and even with the fan on ) through the night. We couldn’t work out why it was so hot.
4.3
Stylish comfortable and spotlessly clean
Nothing

The room had beautiful decor, the information by QR code was excellent. The cleanliness was perfect, excellent bed and linen. Brilliant shower and towels.
I could not fault it
Bit awkward getting the electric entrance lock to light up, But that's all. I'd stay there again in a flash.

The Bridge House is a boutique newly remodeled small hotel located in Henley. The hotel near the heart of town which is a positive.
It is located at the corner of two main roads which was a drawback. The rooms at the Bridge House are newly remodeled, but our room was much smaller than expected. I anticipate the other rooms might be slightly larger. With luggage room #1 can be challenge.
The major drawback was the road noise. Since it was a warm evening, we wanted to keep the windows open but with the road noise you would not be able to sleep.

The room was lovely, and the bed very comfortable with high quality linen. Bathroom was fitted to a very high quality - loved the shower and the demisting mirror.
The weather was very warm so we had to sleep with the windows open as there was no air con / fan. Our bedroom was right outside the traffic lights, so we were woken very early Saturday morning (05:30) and Sunday morning (07:15) but vehicle engine noise outside the window. Plus, even during the middle of the night, we the "little man" went green to symbol people were safe to cross (despite it being the middle of the night and no one crossing) the lights beeped to indicate it was safe to cross. It was such a shame as we had 2 very poor nights sleep, despite the actual room being fabulous.
4.3
The room was beautiful, very tastefully decorated. The shower was great. I didn’t see much of the staff but the email contact was good and the cleaner was friendly.
A fridge in the room would have been helpful.
4.3
Really well decorated and laid out, comfortable bed, good shower and drink selection.
Car park is very tight to get in and out of but not problem.
Soft close doors would be a great idea, really noticeable when other guests come and go.
4.3
The room was clean and newly refurbished. The shower was excellent, although rather cramped.
The room was tiny. We called it the hobbit room. Barely room to swing a cat, as my mother would have said. We had to ask for more hangers and there was no luggage rack or place to keep your clothes. It was also very noisy, if you opened the one window for fresh air, which you needed to do. The room (#2) is on an intersection of two busy roads. A lot of traffic noise early morning and quite late into the night. The towel warmers didn't work at first. It took a few days to fix. Tiny parking area, so getting in and out and squeezing into a parking spot was always a challenge. I think the room would be ok for someone en route, travelling light, but we were neither of these, staying six days at the beginning of a long trip with a fair amount of luggage.
4.3
It was beautifully decorated and finished to a very high standard
Its location is on the corner of a very busy junction. The window had to remain closed against the traffic noise making it very uncomfortable airless environment. The bedding, although beautiful to look at was made from a synthetic fibre and this also made for an uncomfortable night. The room is fitted with a tiny piercing green light in the ceiling (a sensor perhaps) and this shone in our eyes.
4.3
Great location for the town & the room was very modern & spotlessly clean with everything you needed for a short stay. Easy to use key pads a great idea for not having the worry of loosing the keys. Superb selection of coffee & teas & even proper milk available. Very warm & cosy room and quite well sound proofed too.
I did find the room on the small side but they have done a good job of utilizing the small area with sliding door to the bathroom. Probably less of an issue for more able bodied younger folk but a bit of a squeeze around the bed & we didn't find anywhere for a case or bags other than the floor.

Good location in Henley. Very nicely furnished and stocked. Arrival / departure instructions clear and straightforward.
Bedroom 1 is very small, and the en-suite (shower / toilet and sink) is tiny - bordering on the impractical. It is also located adjacent to the busy cross roads so traffic noise is notable. The entrance to the Parking is noted as being tight - and that’s right! Choose your room carefully - other rooms look a better size / quieter location.

Beautifully furnished, immaculate, attention to detail, comfortable, fabulous shower!

Beautifully decorated
Spotlessly clean
Lots of nice touches
The room was very small so a little cramped but fantastic value for money
4.3
Fabulously stylish warm and comfortable rooms
4.3
Location perfect for bars, restaurants and high street boutiques
It’s on a busy road junction so next time we will request a room not overlooking the road.

Lovely room, very clean
Needed a fan
4.3
It was a one night stay and it’s location was great for us. If the accommodation had all rooms full, the car park would not be large enough. Prime location in the centre of Henley-in-Arden. Stylish, exceptionally clean, a welcome drink, room only excellent for the purpose.
4.3
Lovely and clean . Very well presented. Good secure parking . Despite being on a junction we experienced no road noise

I stop here often for work, the property is well presented inside & out. So very clean, I would not stay anywhere else.
Nothing to dislike!

Very clean and fresh. Stayed here a few times now on business as my works head office is close by.
Enjoyed every single stay. Will always book here when I’m back in the area.
No problems

Location, ease of access to High st, immaculate room tastefully renovated, warm and cosy, comfy bed. Definately a beautiful place to stay.
No breakfast, however a lovely Cafe Bakery a five minute walk away offering a 10% discount for The Bridge House customers, it was delicious!

Everything was excellent
