Own kitchen was a bonus.
Very small flat. Very noisy at night with cars and young people coming home from pubs or clubs on a Saturday night / Sunday morning. Didn’t sleep at all.

I booked this room for my friend and her son. They travelled 4.5 hours to get to Portsmouth. We agreed on a late check-in due to an event that I was hosting at a local hotel however, the first issue after the event, was that she was not able to gain entry, this was solved quickly by the hosts however the 2nd and more important issue was that the allocated parking spot was not available for her.
I booked this venue specifically due to the availability of parking. She was allocated a spot on the day, but it was no longer available when she arrived. There was a spot she was going to use but she was told that she would be clamped and to find a side road. I have queried this with the hosts but the last email I sent asking them why the spot was not available to her has not been responded to.

Compact apartment with everything for a short stay or longer. Good sized bathroom. All appliances required in the kitchen with good size fridge/freezer. As we only stayed one night we didn’t use the cooker.
Nothing to dislike. Private parking on the driveway and whilst it was a busy road we weren’t bothered by any noise.

The location is perfect but the loud traffic noise was unbearable and constant until approx 03:30am then started again approx 05:00.
Ventilation was not adequate and we could not cool the property down.
The shower power was poor as was the temperature control. This needs investigating.
The bedroom flooring has gaps in it and there were pieces of skirting board missing from bathroom.
The bed linen didn’t live up to the “Luxury” description, it didn’t feel nice against the skin and was far too hot for the time of the year. Season appropriate linen like cotton would have been better. The pillows were uncomfortable, only one per person and too hot.
There were gaps around an electrical socket.

The flat was comfortable & decor was clean & neutral. A parking space for the weekend was very much appreciated as a lot of accomodation doesn't offer this. Location was perfect for walking into the main area of Southsea, Portsmouth harbour area, the beach etc if you don't mind a bit of a trek. There were some shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Situated on a main road and we had a flat at the front of the building so it was extremely noisy with cars, motorbikes, sirens throughout the night.
Tv doesn't have 'normal' tv, only streaming services.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had the things you need to use. It was nice and clean.
As it flat 3, it was uncomfortable with no door on the bedroom opening looking towards the kitchen window.
Cause there's no coverage. I had to flee to one side to, undress, or get dress or in the bathroom unit area. I can see it small a folding door or curtain would of been good. I suppose you would get undressed in front of a window opposite another window?

It was nice, almost clean, and had doors. The bed was comfortable..it had everything you need in the kitchen so don't have to worry what you buy to eat or cook.
(Flat 1 ) had some hair on the floor in the kitchen, but the rest of the place was fine, there was no tiles, a screen glasswiper hinged up to wipe down excess water in the shower.

Very stylish, spacious and clean
A lovely apartment with great furniture and decor, the bathroom was lovely, the kitchen was small but never really used it other than to make cuppa tea.
It would take getting used to with the noise outside with sirens and loud people but cannot be helped due to location. The tv had no channels on it and you couldn’t scan any unfortunately, luckily there was netflix but would have been nice to have real time tv. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient for Portsmouth and Southsea. Allocated parking space excellent. Kitchen was great addition
Shower small and not very powerful but adequate. We stripped the bed as we always do when we leave , but this revealed a stained duvet and pillows these should be washed or replaced frequently . TV could no channels only You Tube

Good location close to the shops, theatre and other facilities in the Southsea area. Portsmouth town centre is about a half hour walk away. On arrival the property was clean and had all the facilities needed. The property was quite small but sufficient for a short stay.
The property is in need of general maintenance. The walls in the bedroom area will benefit from some minor plaster repairs and repainting. It will be useful to have a shelf in the bathroom. It is impossible to open one of the lower kitchen cupboard doors as it clashes with the handle on the over door. There were steep, narrow stairs to the accommodation in the property so it will not be suitable for those less mobile. The car parking facilities are cramped and unsuitable for large vehicles. The entrance to the car park is off a main road close to a traffic-light controlled junction - it is best to approach from the north to avoid having to try and cross over a line of traffic waiting at the lights.

Location amazing, and host was very helpful! Property was so clean and tidy, really so comfortable with everything you could need. Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, pans, everything needed for a perfect night's stay!
Easy access to property via lockbox, host sent over all details / code immediately after booking, brilliant and hassle free!

The location was great for getting around but very noisy at night time. Flat layout was amazing & clean.
I would definitely come back.
Only one downfall was that bed was uncomfortable.

New renovated and spotless with a separate kitchen, and a very small shower, and the flat was freezing cold because there was no central heating.
It is not one bedroom it does not have a living room or dining table. very small shower. No lift a lot of stairs.

The apartment was beautifully clean, prettily decorated and styled. The location was excellent for visiting Southsea and surrounding areas, easy walking distance to loads of shops and sights. Parking was excellent. The car park and outside of the building looked clean and very pleasant. Despite heavy traffic on the road where it is located, the double glazing deadens the outside noise very well. The shower worked well and the water was lovely and hot.
The owner responded well to my issues.
The heating did not work. The lounge radiator had an electronic pad on it, digital, that was set not to go above 15 degrees but it did not actually warm from cold throughout a cold and windy night. I slept in my fleece.
The towel rail in the bathroom had no means of putting it "on" within the bathroom or anywhere I could find so remained stone cold during my stay. The shower cubicle is very small, and I am only a slightly built female.
Although the owner responded with apology to the heating issues, he wanted to send someone to sort it late in the evening and I had to be up very early so I was not prepared to wait. I felt that such a major issue should have been checked BEFORE a booking. This was a shame, because if the heating had been working it was a property that I would definitely have returned to at some time but now, I would not take the chance that this might be an ongoing issue.
The stairs (I was in flat 6) were very steep and quite narrow, so carrying luggage can be hazardous, there is a hand rail on one side of the stairs. Other guests/residents do not always lock the connecting and external doors, creating a security and safety issue. Perhaps notices can be placed on the doors telling people to lock them.

Comfortable and perfect location! Host could not have been more helpful.
Nowhere to sit and it, but it didn’t matter to us as we chose to eat out anyway.

Property was spacious and equipped.
The property parking was a joke, not safe in the slightest and full of pot holes. The noise from outside our room was horrendous, don’t think the window was double glazed. The kitchen had a terrible smell and the shower we only managed to get it to stay warm for a few seconds. Also leaving half used shower gel bottles for you next guests is not hygienic nor appealing.

This place is new and modern and the host is really accommodating. There is parking out the back of the flats, so is a bonus.
As I went for a birthday treat, I had asked the host in advance if there were any good restaurants in the area, and I was sent a list, which was very helpful. I like the extra touches like the shower gels and the tea and coffee, which makes all the difference.
Will stay again, thank you 😊

A lovely cosy apartment, very clean! Shafi the owner was efficient, and very helpful. We will definitely be back and Netflix was a lovely touch.
The only downside about the property was that it lacked a chopping board and maybe a couple of cereal bowls would be a good idea also some salt and pepper. Although these flats are brand new and I’m sure Shafi will get around to adding a few finishing touches!

I booked into the luxury apartments as a last minute booking in the evening. I called the host Shafi and he helped me navigate the access (Self check in) and also allocated me parking in their private car park (Driveway)
The flat is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need for a short stay.
The flat was very clean and safe and I really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend! See you soon

The flat was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a smart TV. We loved the extra little things like that shower gel and washing up liquid was provided.
