Loved the Riad, the room was lovely and cool in the hot weather. Staff where amazing, friendly and super helpfull. Our only complaint, we booked to stay in the berber tent on the roof, when we arrived we where told it was too hot to stay so where given another room, but it was clear that the tent was undergoing renovation. We should have been informed this before arrival and not when shown to our room and hoped that we wouldnt notice.

Beautiful Riad and service exceptional.

Great Riad and very friendly Staff! Walkable distance to all major places in Market Square. It would be nice if this property would have a mini-refrigerator in a room since it's very inconvenient to use a common kitchen downstairs when you need cold water at night. Other than that it's a nice place to stay. Thank you!

Great traditional hotel inside.
Lovely staff , clean place and nice decor.
Very near to Bahia Palace.
Only downside was narrow street so taxi could not get to entrance hence had to carry luggage and walk 5 minutes.

This Riad is stunning and incredibly clean, and the staff are hospitable, kind, and very organized. When we arrived, Francois and his mother, Michelle, greeted us and told us there had been a problem with our reservation, which was not their fault whatsoever. However, in order to correct this error, they went above and beyond to develop a solution, and they were so accommodating for the duration of our stay. Michelle also made a reservation for us at Comptoir Darma, which is a beautiful restaurant with belly dancing and live music. She made sure we were seated at the second level in order to get the full experience.
Francois outlined a map for us to understand where all of the hot spots were in Marrakech. The Riad is located in the heart of Marrakech, which is very close to the Bahia Palace and the marketplace. Thankfully, we were able to communicate with him and the rest of the staff very easily. From receiving breakfast in the morning to relaxing with a glass of wine at night in the courtyard, everything here exceeded our expectations, and we definitely reccommend this beautiful family-owned Riad.

Lovely staff and very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely and cool and traditional - bed very comfortable and any problems with the room were rectified quickly by the staff. Breakfast was filling - lots of pancakes and jams and we ate on the rooftop under shade. Roof top area could do with some attention as some seating areas need some love but we enjoyed our time up there. Jacuzzi was not working so we used the spa one but it is under cover and very hot. Spa and hamman was great and again staff were attentive and very welcoming. We didn’t use thre small pool but just dangled our legs in which was bliss in the hot weather. We felt very safe and the riad was very tranquil and in the lovely quiet area close to all the big sites. We walked everywhere. Only down side was two experiences with some nasty characters who “assist” tourists from the parking to their riad and then demand extortionate amounts of money. They will lie to you as to where the riad is to take you on a longer journey and then get aggressive if you don’t give in to their demands. They tried to extortionate £40 from us for a 4 min walk and later we saw some backpackers being asked for £50. One or two friends will join them as they walk to make it more threatening. My advice would be to ask the riad to organise a transfer from the airport or station which they will do for a very reasonable price (100dhr) which is half what he taxi charged us. They will then meet the taxi and take you to the riad.
