Creating this home has been a labor of love for us... an inspiring place to gather with family & friends, making memories together. We want your stay to be as relaxing and refreshing as possible. Make yourself at home and enjoy! We love the proximity to the Centennial Trail (just 1 1/2 blocks out the front door!) where you can enjoy views of the beautiful Spokane River while walking, jogging or biking. The 63-mile trail leads you to Kendall Yards (a chic new strip of restaurants, bars and shops), then on through downtown Spokane and all the way into Coeur d'Alene, Idaho! It's super easy to get downtown and explore the many options (see our lengthy 'Recommendations' list in our on-site welcome manual)! In the fall season, drive North to Green Bluff (30 min) to explore the beautiful rolling hills and bountiful harvest offerings at multiple farms and festivals (don't miss the amazing pumpkin donuts!). Venture East to the gorgeous Coeur d'Alene area (40 min) to stroll the charming town and enjoy the lakefront parks and water/boating opportunities. North of CDA, you'll find the largest theme park in the Northwest - Silverwood (1 hr from the house) featuring rides, slides and family entertainment & attractions. Kids will also enjoy Spokane's amazing library system (a variety of themed indoor play areas), Mobius Discovery Center and the play areas in Riverfront Park. We're also just a block from an elementary school with a playground area that can be enjoyed in the off-school hours.
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding our cleaning and storage closets. We use a smart lock for simple self check-in. Help is nearby and available for guest needs.
We have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and far back, for safety and security. These cameras record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. In the front, the camera is mounted on the left roof eave, facing the front entry. The back camera is mounted on the shed, facing the alley fence. No cameras are mounted on the inside of the house. Cameras face property access areas for safety and security. No guest areas are recorded.

This house is SO well decorated and super solid. No corners were cut in this remodel. Every amenity you can think of was included. They thought of everything. We are Gonzaga and Whitworth parents. I’m hoping this will available for all my trips to Spokane.

We loved our stay at Suzie and Kurt’s beautiful home in Spokane! The house was very clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. Our stay was easy and relaxed, and I think that was mostly due to their attention to detail! The house was very family-friendly. The young kids in our group loved eating breakfast at the eat-in counter and enjoyed the toys and games to play with. The location of the house was very accessible, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the stay at your beautiful home. I literally took pictures as inspiration for my house. Everything was thought of so thank you. We said that if there was a pool in the backyard we would never leave. We will for sure be back next year!! Thank you again for the hospitality.

Amazing home! We were uncertain when we pulled into the neighborhood, but home was clean, it was quiet and full of thoughtful amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If we did another "staycation" I would definitely consider this home again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Spokane! The property was adorably decorated and impeccably clean. It was an easy and relaxing space to be in. There was plenty of room for our family to spread which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The kitchen was nice and big, perfect for preparing meals together. We also loved the location, being close to the Centennial Trail, which provided great opportunities for outdoor activities.
Overall, we absolutely loved the house and will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Cutest house on the block - beautifully decorated - very well stocked. But the best are the owners and their careful and caring communication! We changed plans a couple times - Suzie was more than accommodating. The spacious interior was wonderful for hosting some of our extended family for a bbq. The provided board games were great for the kids. We only used the primary bedroom, and that bed was very comfortable. Many extra little details - like multiple phone charging cables - that are not a given in vacation rentals. We've stayed in many. A HUGE thank you to you, Suzie!

Very clean, well-furnished home, minutes from the Centennial walking trail. Loved the bright, spacious kitchen/diner, and the home was stocked with all the essential cookware and amenities. Clear instructions provided to control the heat/AC, and some great recommendations re local eateries. Our favourite coffee spot was Indaba in Kendall Yards and Made with Love Bakery does a delicious apple pie!
We spent hours every day walking the trail in and out of downtown Spokane (takes about 50 mins each way), enjoying the scenic river view, and driving into downtown takes just a few moments. The home is ideally situated for exploring Spokane, and we would highly recommend; thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home:)
