This hotel is the perfect way to experience Paris and especially the beautiful neighborhood of Montmartre. Lovely rooftop views from their garden-themed lounge, delicious meals in their restaurant. Staff was warm and welcoming! Walkable to all the Montmartre sites and sounds.

We have stayed at the Terrass Hotel at least half a dozen times now, and each time we are thrilled with the warmth and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Wonderfully appointed rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The neighborhood of Monmartre is lovely as well, with one of the finest patisseries in the city a block away (Alexine).

I do not often review hotels, but Terrass was exceptional for the price and location. The staff is 10/10 and seem to actually care about their guests. Next time I am in Paris I will come back.

The hotel is in a fantastic part of Montmartre. It has the best view of the Eiffel Tower - which sparkles on the hour at night time. The rooftop bar is excellent and the service fantastic, The staff in the hotel were always happy to answer questions and help as needed. The nearest metro is Abbesses and is about 7 mins walk away. We always had breakfast in the surrounding cafes - everyone was very nice and helpful. I look forward to coming back to the same hotel as they are extending and getting a pool.

I’ve been traveling for a very long time. This may be my favorite hotel. The hotel is beautiful- the service was top notch and the surroundings are gorgeous and walkable.

Situated near Montmarte and near three Metro stations, Terrass Hotel was the perfect place for me, a single traveler. Great dining options, including The May Day, Arkose wine bar (next door) and dozens of cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Although on a busy street, the windows shut out almost all of the noise, and I loved my view from the 5th floor, including the Eiffel Tower to the southwest. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and suggested the Citymapper app to navigate the streets of Paris. My only complaint is that the nights were a bit warm in my room, as the AC/fan were not available at night. The black out curtains were also great. Very safe neighborhood and there’s a wonderful cheese shop two blocks away. I forward to returning soon!

Excellent experience at Terrass Hotel. Spent a week there. Clean room (I’m fussy about cleanliness) with incredible view. Friendly, warm, helpful staff—-Hanae took time to get me situated with a map of my surroundings, metro stops, etc. and got my stay off to a great start. Convenient to get everywhere throughout the city by metro and bus. Montmartre is quaint, beautiful, and lovely. Great restaurants and shops right in the neighborhood. Safe to go out and wander at night, etc. Room and bathroom were simple and charming, but nicely appointed with lovely touches. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed everything in the hotel. I would recommend having a full king bed rather than two singles joined together as you get backache if you rest in the middle.

Terrass’ Hotel is the Top Tier of hotels in the Paris area!!! It is truly in the middle of any and everything you will need if you are to vacation in Montmartre or downtown Paris. Food, sites and events are all around this area. The rooms, service, bar and rooftop are second to none. Sèbastian and other handsomely tall front desk men with a beard I didn’t get name were delightful and the only down side to it all was that we didn’t get to spend and time with them during the week! A must book if staying in Paris!

I love the Montmartre area! There are lots of dining options in the area and is within easy walking distance to numerous different public transportation stops. The front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable. It was also nice having access to the hotel restaurant and rooftop bar. The rooms were spacious for a Parisian hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, but the staff made our stay exceptional! Our room was delightful and clean. It has a small balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s centrally located in Monmartre, which we absolutely loved. The staff—they were the real stars. David in particular went out of his way to arrange tours, set up airport transportation, and help us plan our trip. He was fabulous! All of the staff seemed equally interested in making sure our staff was great—and it was!

Loved the hotel. Great location, lovely rooms and very clean. Staff were amazing, especial mention the reception and sky bar who couldn't do enough for you. Sky bar was amazing, great views and atmosphere, and the cocktails were superb. Great stay will be back.

One of the best experiences while traveling. Great location and staff. Johan was amazing as well as everyone else. Perfect location in Montmartre, very walkable to the city center. Will be coming back when visiting Paris.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Cannot think of anything negative. David at reception was outstanding for his friendliness and knowledge of the hotel and what there is to do in the area. Great location as close to everything and the metro. The view from our room and especially the rooftop bar and cafeteria was picturesque.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel is brand new, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and very nice. The area is gorgeous and offers a perfect location to explore Paris and all the landmarks. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views and amazing cocktails and food. We would definitely come back again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful area and rooms. The room was modern with great amenities and a view of the Eiffel tower. Plenty of space. One complaint would be the AC as the temperature stayed around 21C. Otherwise everything was wonderful. The hotel was a walkable distance to many sights, shopping and restaurants. I would absolutely book the place on my next trip to Paris.
