This hotel offers great value, it is really well positioned, we had a lovely view of the beach, the park and the sea. It was so peaceful that we could sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. It is a little set back up on a slope away from the road.
Claudia on reception was very helpful. It is possible to loan a kettle for the room, just ask reception. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were also very nice. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast on the weekend mornings, but we timed it badly at the latest sitting, when we got up a little earlier it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is great! The rooms are a little small but who stays in the room when you are visiting Benidorm. The room with a sea view balcony was so relaxing, the view incredible. Breakfast every morning had so many choices, well laid out for flow, good presentation, but mostly very satisfying.very convenient location. Chairs and umbrella available to use at the beach right in front of the hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel. Spotless modern rooms. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a Seaview room. Breakfast was included but very basic/not to my liking.
Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot to be desired.
Overall a great base to explore the area, will definitely return and recommend however that receptionist is worth watching.

I loved the location of this hotel. A short walk to the centre of the old town yet reasonably quiet. It was well worth the small extra charge for a sea view.
The room was large, clean and modern.
The shower wasn't great. Low water pressure and the showerhead was poor quality & slightly broken.
Check-in was bizarre and very frustrating. The staff member continuallly said I didn't have a booking even although he had a checklist in front of him with my name on it. He asked to see my booking reference and then claimed I had shown him a flight boarding card rather than a hotel booking confirmation. When I pointed out the hotel name and photograph on the booking reference he then said it wasnt acceptable as it was through a third party (hotels.com). There were many other baffling points in a conversation which dragged on for over 20 minutes before it was finally agreed that i had a reservation.
The other staff were nice. I enjoyed my stay and so despite the check-in nonsense, would go back.

The hotel was facing the beach, you can see the world go by by sitting in the balcony. The restaurants, bars and shops are just around the hotel. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. The only negative thing was the breakfast, one time is was cold.

Small hotel in a brilliant location. I had booked a three bed family room for myself, my friend and my daughter. On arrival, we were told it was on the 7th floor but we would have to take the lift to the 5th floor and then walk up the remaining 4 flights of stairs as the other lift was not working and they were waiting for parts !
I am 72 yrs old and would struggle with that but my friend has COPD, bad knee and back and would be unable to manage it. We left them to sort out something while we had a bite to eat.
When we got back, they said there was nothing they could do for 3 people but gave us a small twin room on the 4th floor and put an extra bed in it for the night. Needless to say this was very cramped as all beds had to be put together. They said that my daughter could have a separate room the next day further along on the 4th floor.
Couldn’t really unpack straight away as not sure what was happening. Didn’t get into room until 6.30pm on arrival and then my daughter had to move again the following day in the afternoon when the room was ready.
To top it all, the maid left the balcony door slightly open on second day and there was a massive thunderstorm which left our room flooded !!
Such a shame as I’m sure it would have been an ideal few nights break.
On a positive note, buffet breakfast was very good and everywhere was clean and tidy.
Hopefully the hotel are now contacting everyone booked on top floors to check they can do all the stairs

Didn’t deliver on the basic requirement of a hotel; restful and clean, it was noisy and filthy.
We were allocated a twin room, despite having paid for a deluxe double. Instead we had a corridor of a room with air conditioning that was less than effective and inexplicably kept switching off.
We had specifically picked the deluxe double (1 queen bed) because we didn’t want beds joined together with a ridge in the middle and got 2 single beds, pushed but not joined together; as expected, as soon as we moved, the beds moved apart.
The room was depressing and dirty with an old piece of paper and a collection of dust bunnies. You couldn’t walk barefoot in the room without grit and dirt sticking to your feet.
The shower was freezing cold or scalding hot.
The communal areas were equally tired and dirty.
We paid slightly less to stay in the Mar Blau Friends a few doors down at the same time last year and although old, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. My recommendation would be to go there if a room available.
