The living room is complete with a large custom gas fireplace and comfortable seating, the dining area is able to accommodate 4-6 and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and the dishes needed to prepare meals for dining at home. The spacious bonus room holds a TV,  sleeper sofa and a games table that offers guests space to either plug in to catch up on social media or to enjoy a board game.

Step out onto the large deck with outdoor furniture and a grill or relax around the fire pit in the back yard toasting smores while enjoying the fresh Adirondack air and doing a bit of stargazing! The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
