The Barn at Yeoland House, a three-storey abode, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, firdge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a mezzanine single with games, a lower-ground-floor king-size (zip/link), and a lower-ground-floor king-size with TV, serviced by a lower-ground-floor bathroom and lower-ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.5 miles, river 1 mile. There are several eating places around Yelverton including The Drake Manor Inn and The Royal Oak which provide a warm welcome and superb locally sourced food. Nearby attractions include Buckland Abbey, The Garden House and Burrator Reservoir. The South Devon coast is within easy reach for day trips to Salcombe and the pretty riverside village of Newton Ferrers. The Naval port of Plymouth can also be easily reached, famous for its maritime heritage and the historic Barbican district its narrow, cobbled streets lined with a fine selection of restaurants and bars.
