Loved the riad - beautiful courtyard, pool, nice additional rooms for relaxing, great balcony areas. Staff was very nice and accommodating, answered questions, available most of the day and night. Good air conditioning. Great to have a working refrigerator for drinks in the room. Close to some of the locations we wanted to be near to.
Like the other riads we stayed in, one critical missing item is a foldable luggage rack! We really did not have a great place to put our suitcases. Lots of stray cats in the area.

The staff were amazing, the Riad homely, and the weather topped it off! I will be returning! Thank you!
Not their fault, but currently, lots of building work going on around the Riad, but it won't be forever! Bed was not the most comfortable, but I have a sensitive back. Other than that, nothing.
4.5
Oasis of calm in a busy city, friendly staff.
Pool area crowded with limited access around chairs etc.
Property further out of the city than expected & had to use taxis all the time.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing they were happy to help with anything we asked and were very friendly. The Riad its self was beautiful and cozy.
We had no complaints about the stay.

Everything this accommodation is simply exceptional. The facilities, food and staff are simply amazing. This is by far the most comfortable, clean and inviting accommodation we have stayed in in Morocco.

Fantastic Riad Mazal for many reasons, starting with location, location, location. Our meeting was 'next door' to Riad Mazal, on the stunningly beautiful campus of Faculty of Medicine & Pharmacy in Marrakech, plus we wanted traditional 'riad' experience as opposed to standard 'hotel' tradition. Riad Mazal had everything we needed, including (a) being next door to the medical/pharmacy campus, and (b) short walks to shops (including nearby underappreciated burger place on Rue Ibn Qodama, plus a patisserie and BIM ('7/11') shop on Rue el Azhari), great restaurants and nightspots (Plus 61, Pointbar Marrakech, both ~1 km walk away from Riad Mazal), special destinations, all within the kind of easy walk taken by anyone who wants 10,000 steps per day (Majorelle Garden, 1.5 km; Medina wall, 2 km), and a fantastic staff who treated us as if we were royals. Needed a place to meet with researchers so we got the lower level Beldi Suite with its own private terrace easily large enough to host catered meetings. I think we could have hosted a party of 50+ persons on that terrace, but we needed space only for about 4-5 persons at a time. In retrospect, the riad has many side rooms for meetings of the size we needed, and the staff was happy to have guests make use of those rooms. Can't say enough about this 'property' and hope to return on a 'study visit' to the medical/pharmacy campus. [Hint: English and French-speaking staff members, but many have just Arabic. Use Google Translate (Arabic conversation mode) and you'll never have a problem.]
We liked everything.

Mustapha the manager was very kind and tryed to help and the other parts of the workers that were really nice people.
First, we were moved 4 times : the first room had a air conditioner making noise as a factory, the second room where we were forced to move was stinking because they did paint a furniture a day before, the third room was pretty ugly and without any air, and finally we got a fourth room where our bed did break so we had to move for the night to a fifth room. And after all that, the owner told me I had a part in that rather than to try to excuse himself. The swimming pool was very cold so we couldn't get in. The breakfast was some days nice and other days they used old bread that I would have thrown to animals and not serve to clients... The location was also not really successful since it's pretty far from touristic areas by feet (about 25-30 minutes). I think there are much better riad to find for similar prices.

4.5
The Riad Mazal is beautiful oasis in Marrakech but what makes perfect is its staff. Mustafa and everybody else were amazing.
The room was a bit small and the bathroom too.
4.4
Excellent staff-little oasis tucked away from the bustle-good to escape to but still in proximity of everything.
Excellent attention to clients details.
More power in the shower but not a show stopper.
Softer towels.
4.6
The quietness and relaxation in the middle of the city. It’s an oasis!
