Comfortable stay in a great location.

Great location and incredibly helpful team.

Not as modern as some of the other properties on the Gold Coast but this is not an issue nor something that the owners try to hide, they happily explain their history and the facilities have been very well kept.

The staff were extremely helpful with any request we had and always so polite.

The close proximity to public transport and lots of restaurants.

I noticed it didn’t have any reverse circle heating or cooling.

Good value for a short stay

We were able to check in earlier which was fantastic. The unit was on the 12th floor and had stunning ocean views from all rooms. Great location across from the beach and surf club and within the shopping precinct. Close to Pacific Fair, restaurants and cafes.

Unit badly in need of renovations. Dated and showing signs of wear ( chipboard cupboards swollen and chipped in kitchen and bathroom; one panel of the shower glass screen was missing and we found it in the bedroom wardrobe; cold tap over bath didnt work; stove badly needs replacing; carpet tears in living areas - for starters) Pool area lost any sun after 1pm due to tall buildings blocking it out.

A bit disappointing

Beautiful location and close to shops and restaurants.

Extremely old / run down room, uncomfortable lounge, very run down bathroom, TV remote constantly didn't work, constant dripping noise inside ac unit for first 36 hours, cockroaches in bathroom, bed not very comfortable and bedroom lighting very poor.

Excellent accommodation, in an awesome location. We loved our stay at South Pacific Plaza.

Excellent location across the road from the park, beach, Oasis shopping centre and within walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping mall. There are many places for eating out and great night life. The room had a fantastic view across to the beach and water. Comfortable bed and pillows. The unit had a well equipped kitchen for use which was helpful for preparing meals. Friendly staff at reception who helped with any needs we had.

Although the property is in an ideal setting, the decor is getting tired and a little dated. The unit needs a deep spring clean due to dust build up on walls and curtains and for general cleanliness. Having said this it was a lovely place to stay.

Perfect! Definitely staying again.

Perfect location for everyone. Beach, surf club, pubs, shops, and Pacific fair!!!

Maybe the afterhours company wasn't that helpful.

Very enjoyable, staff were great.

Rooms were great. We were on the ground floor, which was a bit disappointing. But over all had everything we needed.

Convenient, but online photos aren’t reality

The location and parking onsite. The washing machine and drier in room plus the full kitchen was a must for us.

The carpet was filthy. No aircon or ceiling fan in main living so spent most time in bedrooms. No screens on windows so couldn’t open without having a million insects find us. Showerheads in both bathrooms were broken, the drier door latch broken. The hot/cold water dispenser broken & the oven was a nightmare to use (thank you google & youtube!). The clothes rack had rusted and stained clothes. Oh and the no smoking - we walked out of the lift and were hit with an overpowering smell. There seemed to be permanent residents so maybe it’s them.

Exceptional

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Great bed and pillows. Fantastic room with a view and balcony. Close to all Broadbeach shopping and restaurant facilities. I would certainly recommend South Pacific Plaza.

Good value for money, great resort facilities and location.

The apartment is in need of an update, but was clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to shopping centre, restaurants, the beach and public transport. The proximity to the light rail network enabled us to get around without using our car, and avoiding traffic and parking issues.

The bathrooms are badly in need of a modernisation.

A+ location, fantastic pool

Possibly the best location we have stayed at on the Gold Coast. Pool are was lovely as well

Pillow was a little uncomfortable and the rubbish chute annoyingly small. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Fantastic Location- easy to walk to beach, parks, shopping centre and great restaurants close by.

Room was dated and could do with a refresh especially a fresh coat of paint.
