Charming boutique hotel. the food was delicious. Its a great location so close to Patan Durbar Square.
The small taxi they had booked to take for of us to the hotel - it was not suitable for our party size and luggage. Ended up paying for two taxis.

Hôtel très authentique très belle architecture. Localisation parfaite. Personnel attentionné.
Le déjeuner est en supplément.

I love the location, despite being near Patan Durbar square, where there are temples and museum, the hotel is quiet.
Bed and room very comfortable and even being summer, and not having AC, it was comfortable sleeping at night. The Staff was very friendly, picking me from the square and escorted me to the hotel. I arrived and was immediately welcomed with a nice cup of coffee, which I haven't had in a few days. I will definitely come back. It is a shame that tourists don't explore Nepal in all seasons. The hotel also recommended me a guide, who was very kind. Summer is a low season but the rain in the end of the day was nice and didn't interfere with my staying and explorations of Patan. Food was great too.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

The structure and ambience are exceptional. It’s so traditional, historic! Foods are very good as well! The staffs are very nice, helpful and friendly, but they need to be a bit more professional for serving the guests.
It’s quite dark even during the day, insufficient light is a big problem, I accept it’s a very different traditional hotel but at least there should be a television, air conditioner and some other amenities like tissue paper, shower gel, toothpaste and May be a hair dryer… because we are the traveler of 21st century.

A hidden gem that takes you back in time. Superbly located a few minutes away Patan Durbar and close to Thamel by Taxi.
Excellent service provided by the Team.
We stayed for 2 days and fell in love with the place so much so that we cancelled our booking with another bigger hotel on our way back from Pokhara.
The best part of our Trip was savouring the delicious breakfast served here and just soaking in the vibe.
A tip is to have the Taxi service provided by them for Airport pick ups as you will need to get into small alleys.
I found them to be very honest in their dealings with Driver service providers and honestly a shout out to Mr Buddha for arranging everything for us and guiding us along the way.
If you're here and reading this, don't even hesitate or think twice about looking anywhere else. It's great value for money for an experience that money truly can't buy.
Thanks guys for making our trip to Kathmandu so, so magical.
Honestly everything was near perfect.

boutique accommodation in patan, amazing restoration of a 160 year old buildig with an outstanding eye for detail and class. hands down the best hotel i have ever stayed in. the staff is super attentive, the food is great, always freshly cooked. a must when you come to kathmandu.

I simply loved the place. Everything was working well, the staff was most helpful, location great just behind the Durbar Square but still very silent during the night time. I am fortunate to return next week. I can highly recommend this lovely hotel!

it’s beyond beautiful and highly recommend if you are looking for some authentic home experience in katmandu.

in a tranquil setting near Patan Dherba Sq. original Kathmandu inn beautifully restored. the staff were wonderful and attentive without intruding and the room cosy. the building seemed to hold warmth in winter and we suspected cool in summer.

directly linked to Patan Durbar Square. very helpful and friendly staff. excellent breakfast.
windows have been covered with an opaque finish so you can’t see out. would be good if they provided a kettle.

Great location! Wish we knew about Patan earlier. Would've definitely spent more time here than in Thamel, much quieter and less touristy. Accommodation was excellent

location, staff
having curtains or blinds for the windows would be good. they let in too much light making sleeping difficult especially with the outside lights. some rooms but not all had shutters, which might help a little.

The hotel itself is stunning! Beautiful building with traditional touches everywhere, comfy bed, and I was very well looked after.
Everything was perfect - there was nothing I didn't like. My only problem was it is quite difficult for very tall people (I'm 2m), but that's not a negative on their behalf.

The old traditional structure and interior. Neat and clean property.Breakfast was super.
Its an old Traditional structure so it doesn’t have an Air condition instead they have provided a fan which is still good.

Very nicely renovated Newari property. Perfectly located.

This hotel is simply stunning! The local decorations and construction is simple and gorgeous. The location is quiet - down an adorable little alley off a main road, yet right next to Patan Durbar Square and all the wonders of Patan! At night you can hear the bells from the temples dinging in the wind which is a lovely sound. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, as is the coffee. There is a very good little restaurant right next door also. The staff are kind and accommodating and the price is reasonable.
We liked everything! Every so often the internet would stop working for an hour or so, so of you're planning on trying to work from here, this might not be the best location for that - otherwise it was perfect.

Inn Patan is a gem! I was so lucky to have found this lovely Inn. Beautiful traditional architecture, carefully decorated rooms and facilities, and friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Location is also perfect. I had a great stay and will definitely be going back.

Building, location
Welcoming staff (white cap man) was very insisting on getting tips waiting in the room looking like « I’m not getting out of the room if you don’t pay me a tips » which have been really unpleasant when you arrive from long journey/flight. What’s more there is a tips box for all the staff to share downstairs and I would have preferred to give every one.

The staff was very helpful. Jai helped us arrange outings and even called our next location to ensure we would have an easy trip to the airport. Prashuna, at the front desk, was helpful with advise on visiting Bhaktapur which is her home town. The Inn is a quiet haven with lovely traditional wood carving. We enjoyed our stay!
