Very good location and staff

Location is perfect, close to the beach and main street with cafes and restaurants. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and big. Tea, coffee and juice available all day.

There was not warm water in the bathroom, which was a problem especially for the shower. The breakfast was a little bit boring, there was nothing Mexican to choice for - everyday fruits, pancakes and scrambled eggs. WiFi is available only in the lobby, not in the rooms. Be aware that there are not a strong cell signal on the island, which makes you problematic to use Internet in the room.

Superbe séjour

Chambre très agréable, propre, fraîche grâce a la climatisation. Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner très copieux !!! Tout était parfait. Location de vélo possible. Très bien placé à 2 min de la plage.

Perfecta relación precio/calidad

La habitación estaba muy buena porque tenía cocina incluida. Además, el desayuno era muy bueno (era "a la carta") pero podías pedir lo que quieras sin limite de cantidad.

El wifi no llega a la habitación lo cual nos aclararon en la recepción y su ubicación. Si bien está cerca de la playa, hay lugares mejor ubicados del centro.

Agradable pero con detalles

Muy lindo el hotel cerca de la playa y muy atento el personal. Las habitaciones y baño espectacular el mobiliario. Todo impecable

El agua caliente de la ducha duraba 5 minutos. Para la segunda persona salía fría. Esto pasó en las 3 noches que estuvimos. También en el desayuno faltaba reposición si se acababa el yogurt o la fruta o panquecs. Lastima que la municipalidad y los vecinos juntan mugre en las casas y las calles inundadas, se hace barro. Cero mantenimiento. Además que es una zona turística para turismo europeo y estadounidense que va a consumir drogas porque cero control. Lo hacen a la vista de cualquiera y son total impunidad

Prima locatie en ‘s avonds stil ondanks de herrie waar Holbox om bekend staat

Matig ontbijt, laat geserveerd. Waslijst die je bij aankomst moet ondertekenen van dingen waar je hoge ‘boetes’ voor krijgt, tot en met make-up vlekken op je handdoeken. Zwembad biedt geen enkele zitgelegenheid en is daarom niet echt bruikbaar/prettig.

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Lage und Zimmer stimmen für Preisleistung

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Strand. Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet

Dusche funktioniere nicht richtig Zu wenig Druck und so war es schwierig die Haare auszuwaschen. Das „Frühstück“ kann man sein lassen

Comfy place

Spacious and comfortable rooms. You have a little space for you with a table outside your room. It was very nice of the hotel to provide us with unlimited soap, shampoo and body cream! The bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was quite good. Yes the wifi only works in the common areas, but you have tables and chairs to enjoy it (no 3G/4G on the island). The beach is just behind the place. At night you will enjoy the company of 3 cuties raccoon

The pool was invaded by a loud familly our whole stay so we could not put a feet in it.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, around the corner from the beautiful beach

nice people, close to the beach, nice areas to hang around and a small pool for the kids

coffee / breakfast is ok but could be better compared to other places on the island where breakfast is phenomenal!

Nothing exceptional but clean and overall nice stay

Nothing was exceptional but it was clean and well managed.

We specifically booked 2 double beds in 1 room and we got only 1 bed. Initially the staff were unhelpful and told us that the number of beds is not always as stated but after some hard negotiation we did eventually receive the requested room and for the rest of the stay the staff were nice. The hotel experienced 2 black-outs which is normal for the area but some of the better hotels have back-up generators. Not this one tho. The atmosphere is very family with kids orientated which was fine but if you prefer a more adult feel without kids this is not your hotel.

Superb

The rooms were exceptional clean and smelled clean. The staff were super friendly and answered all our questions really well about where to go what to do where to eat overall very knowledgeable. It’s not tight in the beach just 1 block over but so very worth it.

I really can’t say anything bad about the hotel except there really is t a view. But honestly you can just go down to the beach which was a quick 5 minute walk and just enjoy the view there.

Amazing, relaxed quasi-cozy thatched roof hotel right near the epic beach.

Beach was two blocks away. Easy 12 minute walk from ferry terminal. Easy 5-10 minute walk to town square. Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet was replenished regularly. Coffee was excellent. Bikes to rent on premise.

Rooftop was closed which would have provided beach views.

Nice big room. clean and with a good large bed. location really great. a short walk to center and with the beach super close.

balcony so small and with a high wall around it. not really cosy and useful. would be nice if the hammock was outside instead. The people working at the hotel didn’t seem very interested in the guests. we stayed for 6 nights and never got a good morning or how is you stay. they didn’t even look at us when we entered the hotel. the guy serving the breakfast was nice though. also the pool is not useful as it’s right in the breakfast area and no place to sit or lay. seem like they were walking on some kind of rooftop area. that would be a nice asset for the hotel. Also - no WiFi in the rooms.

Building work ruined our stay

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. The location is great, right near the nice part of the beach and a short walk to town

There was building work on the floor above us which meant the noise in our room was unbearable. Although the building work was only until 6pm it meant we were unable to use our room in the day which was needed if we wanted to rest. There are also no loungers or space to lie down by the pool

Disappointing

Hotel is located close to the beach.

Staff was not really helpful and friendly. Pool is really small and usually full of children. Surrounding area is not clean. Breakfast was really poor. Room does not feel cozy. We really didn’t feel great there.
