Really impressed, fantastic hotel with lovely rooms and excellent breakfast.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, comfortable room, clean, tasty breakfast, great location for station.

The coffee machine at breakfast, prefer a fresh coffee. No moisturiser, conditioner or flannels in the room. Long waits for lifts at breakfast.

Comodo ma prezzo esagerato

Posizione dell'albergo è perfetta, vicino alla stazione e ad alcuni uffici. La zona turistica è altrove, ma per l'arrivo e la partenza è perfetta. Letti estremamente comodi e confortevoli (ho preso nota del materasso per comprarlo per casa mia). Servizi igienici della reception sono estremamente puliti e stilosi. Parte del personale è estremamente gentile e preparato.

La biancheria non era all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Gli asciugamani presentavano degli aloni di sporco e risultavano rovinati. Le camere sono carine e confortevoli se non fosse per i rumori che provengono dai piani superiori. Quel giorno c'era stata una festa in albergo e tutto il via vai dal piano superiore a notte fonda si sentiva in camera. La colazione costa circa 15 sterline a persona quando non inclusa nella tariffa. Probabilmente è un prezzo in linea con il mercato, ma la qualità dei prodotti non ne vale la pena. Le salsicce erano secche, il burro era posizionato accanto allo scalda pane ed era tutto sciolto e il pane non risultava fresco di giornata.

Wonderful stay that lived up to expectations and would love to stay again.

The balcony was spacious with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Premium toiletries were provided. Plenty of towels were provided.

Dividers between our balcony and the balcony of the room next to us could have been taller to provide more privacy as the average person could see over the divider. More functionality with the TV would have been nice, such as blue tooth for play videos from your phone.

Terrific - a much-needed great hotel by Cambridge station

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful and very comfortable room. Sound was well-insulated. Breakfast on first morning was excellent. On the second day I went slightly later and it was looking a little sad/not replenished well. But all in all, terrific hotel and looking forward to returning.

Good value for money - would stay here again

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, convenient location.

I didn't like the sliding door to the bathroom. There were no hooks to hang wet towels on to dry.

Good value for money but room service needs improvement

Close to the station, quiet, comfortable.

Room service. We ordered dinner in the room and we were told we need to go downstairs to pay first to the restaurant. Moreover, to bring the food to the room there was a separate charge. We paid that but when they brought the food they forgot the necessary cutlery. Not impressive room service for a 4*.

Very good.

A nice feel to the place. A good breakfast. Very nice staff. Clean and an absolutely ginormous bed. They let me check in early. 2 minute walk from station which suited me. Lovely bar and a good menu. And lots of choice for breakfast. Recommended for a weekend

A bit overpriced But I believe that is Cambridge.

Needs better maintenance and cleaning

The majority of the staff are very helpful

We had a problem with the water supply in our room. The bath would only fill with slightly warm water. Lots of dust in the restaurant. The door into our suite from the balcony did not lock. Some staff made you feel like royalty others just had no idea

Excellent stay in a lovely, clean and quiet hotel

Easily approachable, good location, clean and quite spacious room. Very quiet. Gym is small, but fits the purpose. Restaurant is lovely, good atmosphere and nice food.

all in all lovely hotel but they have serious staffing issues

the hotel was modern clean and comfortable

staff shortages definitely showed went for breakfast not a clean table was put in a corner on a bar table which they said they would lay waited 15 minutes no one came no clean cups to get tea or coffee after half an hour of waiting we walked out. we went to book dinner and the lady said to come back at 9.00pm we arrived back at the time we booked for and was told to come back in another hour which was far to late so we had to find somewhere else to eat which was very difficult at that time of night. our room had been tided but the cups we had a tea in were left dirty on the side and the tea coffee and milk had not been topped up . I did complain which I don’t normally do and they were very apologetic and offered me a bottle of prosseco.

Absolutely lovely hotel but the breakfast let the experience down.

Room and facilities within were brilliant, bathroom very clean. Perfect location

Lack of table service. The breakfast was buffet, dishes apart from beans were stone cold. Wasn’t even able to order a pot of tea at 9:30am. Think the hotel should review. Refunded breakfast so not all bad, but would have happily paid for table service, hot food, a pot of coffee and tea as an option.

Over-priced travel lodge

Location was good… other than that, not worth the price tag.

Two single beds pushed together, travel lodge hand sanitising bottle dispensing 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo in shower. Cold buffet (cold beans on toast if you’re a vegetarian) will set you back £30 per person.

A nice hotel in a good location - could do better with the breakfast

This is a lovely hotel and is ideally situated close to the railway station. Everything smacks of quality and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable - I have seldom slept better away from home. However, it is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of the city.

One of the things I most enjoy about staying in a hotel is the breakfast - unfortunately the buffet breakfast food was barely luke-warm and the sausages, bacon etc. were at something barely above room temperature. Given the cost of the room, I feel a little more effort could have been made with the catering

Exceptional

The colour palette of the room is my favourite tone - sage green, just pleasant. The bed is comfortable. Window is huge with quiet streets. Nice and kind staff and beautiful furniture.

Very enjoyable stay. Cambridge is a beautiful city.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, good breakfast, reasonably priced, close to station, but further from city centre.

Noise from corridor - particularly guest slamming room doors. Need to adjust door closers and install acoustic drop seals.
