The location was great! We can see the lineup to the village gondola
Our in-suite hot tub was not working for the 4 nights’ stay. They tried to service it right away but couldnt get it fixed before our check out. We were looking forward to it. But they did compensate us back for the nonfunctioning hot tub so we really appreciated that

Location was brilliant! Very cool having a hot tub. Steam shower very nice after a big hike. Very comfortable.
Confusing access, had to find a staff member to work out how to get out of the carpark. Initial paperwork mentioned collecting keys from Twin Peaks. Kettle not working. Humming from the hot water system noisy in the upstairs bedroom- ear plugs supplied which was helpful.
4.1
-location was so central in the village
-very spacious
-kitchen equipped for all your family needs
-hot tub and steam shower were a wonderful luxury
parking instructions were not very clear. the parking location is marked at the parking spot itself. it’s not indicated outside of the parking lot as it is for the other surrounding hotels. Local residents were super helpful locating.
4.1
Very roomy, conveniently located and very comfortable. Amazing kitchen with everything you could need. Free parking was also great.
Despite the directions it took us ages to find the car park and then equally long to work out how to get to the accommodation. Clearer signage of this and the place to leave recycling etc would be helpful.

The while apartment felt like home. It was clean and spacious. It was also in the heart of Whistler Village and walking distance to everything.
The entrance to the garage is not marked like other hotels that says this is parking for Powder's Edge. I went inside the Hilton to find out to make sure that the description provided by Powder's Edge is accurate (need further details to go past the garbage bins) and only one of their staff knew the entranceway is to go past the garbage bins.

excellent location, access to Hilton facilities
The apartment and building has been affected by mice infestation for quite some time now and we were not notified. There were mice running around the lounge room. Our kids couldn’t use the sofa bed and had to all share a bed upstairs. Mgmt said they couldn’t do anything more about it and that we were free to leave and go book alternative accom at our expense. We could not sleep well or use the lounge room area due to the rodents. Instructions to find the property were very poor /incorrect and it took a long time to find it. Also lack of clear instructions on using the property Eg how to use the downstairs shower and no instructions inside the apartment on where to take out garbage. Mgr is unresponsive to enquiries and does not reply to messages.

Great location. Very close to food, shops and lifts.
There are mice. We could hear them at night. One of them chewed through an Arc’teryx jacket pocket to get at a chocolate bar.

Location was amazing
Parking directions are terrible. Finding the room was terrible. We arrived very late at night. Some simple instructions on exactly where the parking space is located and which door to take to the elevator would have been helpful.
4.1
Location was great. Very close to the gondola.
It was very difficult to find the parking. Better signage is needed. Never did find a second parking spot. Only parking spot was very difficult to get in and out. It was very sketchy looking going from parking garage to units. A lot of trash in hallways from nearby restaurants. Unit could use some updating.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was spacious and the location is pretty hard to beat - the Gondolas were right at our doorstep.
The king size bed in the master suite felt like sleeping on a thin mattress on top of plywood. It was pretty uncomfortable after a day of skiing.
it also started that there we two parking spots, only found one. There was only one ski lock in the room and when we requested more, we never heard from the property manager. It was a small thing, but what if we needed something more?
4.1
it was good to use a code to enter the area and the room - it felt safe.
1. We had a bad experience finding the parking. The direction provided did not match.
2. The email with direction upon arrival did not provide:
- the parking stalls were not side by side
- no indication there was a door to a lift to go outside the building, to the street level
- no indication there were two separate doors from the parking to a lift going to the unit and only the very corner one was marked the lift would go to Powder's Edge
- no indication there was a luggage cart you could see only if you entered the exact door toward the lift and that the key was inside the room
All in one, it was a difficult to find the way to the unit from the parking that has no clear marking. We had to ask the staff at the Hilton hotel. It is a long way to the room, and not knowing there was a cart, we had to carry everything in multiple trips.
3. The main level bedroom and bathroom have no heating
4. Cannot open the window at the hot tub. The chlorine in the air was affecting our eyes.
5. The teapot did not work

Easy check-in, great location.
There were mouse traps in various locations around the place, not enough sheets and pillows for all the beds. We tried to contact via the messenger system as this is the only way, and they insisted there were enough in the Ottomans (there were enough for one of the pullout beds but not two, and we had to take pillows from the beds in the bedrooms to have enough). Hot tub maintenance guy showed up in the middle of our stay, which we were not informed of. We were in the unit and he attempted to enter without knocking. He was kind enough but clearly he was not aware there were people staying at the time.

location was great, could t get any better.
was a little challenging finding parking, mainly as we came into Whistler a different route.

Infested with mice

Everything was great
One of the shower heads needs attention

Clean condition, good view
I was difficult to find parking lot.

The property has an excellent location and it was a really good price for the size of the property, they have central air conditioner/heater, which was really convenient an the apartment is in good condition, confortable beds.
It was difficult to access the property, the google map address is the Hilton Hotel, I realized that I received a detailed e-mail with instructions but it is confused that the address is the same than the Hilton. There are not sign with the property name at the parking lot entrance or even in the Village, so if you are not familiar with Whistler Village, you can get lost easily.

Excellent location and very good value. With 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms this flat is very spacious. The balcony hot-tub was a nice surprise. Full kitchen also makes it possible to make dinner instead of eating at restaurants.
We didn't receive any information about how to access the flat. Some information in booking.com sent us to a different hotel, about a 15 minute walk, to pick up the keys. When we arrived they said they did not manage powders edge any more. Upon calling powders edge we were able to get a key code for the door.
4.1
the location and that it can sleep a big group do families can travel together
the hot tub didn’t work and no one came to fix it even after they said they are sending someone. last stay too we stayed 2 nights and there were no working remotes and no one came to fix those.
4.1
Just the location.
Host, reception, entrance, check in, lack of help and the list is long.
4.1
Unbelievable location, space and facilities.
Collection of the keys / checkin / checkout was pretty far from the actual location of the room.
