Good size room, rustic ski style, excellent washer dryer, cooker, microwave, etc, v clean old style bathroom n tub shower, good towels n soap.Excellent staff Thank you to Simon,Jacob n the man from Cornwall, very responsive to a request for help with TV,..which in the end we did not need n a kettle..v good staff.
If I want to be picky ..
...perhaps the rooms could be darker for sleeping, and when repainting I would change some of the wall n ceiling colours....
4.3
Excellent hotel with large room, nice Mt view and great service.
Clean and fully equipped facilities.

Loved the location! Felt like everyone had plenty of space, the layout was great.
It got pretty stuffy pretty fast. Fans were provided but didn't make a huge difference, at times it was hard to sleep.
4.3
Accessibility, friendliness of checkin staff and overall presentation of accommodation.
Nothing of note.
4.3
Excellent staff - Ceris, Roxy, Jacob, and Emily , thank you! Great Location and size of unit. Very Clean and bathroom supplies ample for our stay. Comfy Bed and nice patio. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
No complaints
4.3
Good location (sister hotel across the way)
The showers floors were not great, shower heads not removable, slow wifi
4.3
It was a good value. We had 2 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in each unit. Perfect for 8 people. The valet folks were very quick and courteous. Location next to the Gondola is nice.
The building is all retail and restaurants on the ground floor. The entrance to get in to take the elevator up was a bit hard to find at first.
4.3
Great location right in the heart of the Whistler Village. Good kitchen facilities.
The beds took up most of the bedrooms so there wasn't really much room to move!
4.3
Location and comfortable beds!
The only place to eat was the island and it only had 3 chairs. There were 4 of us, and 1 person had to sit on the couch. Bed on main floor could use a new duvet.
4.3
good location close to everything, big room and good service
Very expensive stay
4.3
Proximity to lifts.
Parking cost not mentioned during booking.
No itemized receipt at checkout. Said it must come from Booking.com
What is the parking + tax fee?
4.3
The location, clean couch and nice bedding. parking.
A little dated. Needs to have recycling made available on site. Ski locker did not have a lock.
4.3
perfect central location.
clean and spacious.
4.3
great view of the slopes
proximity to lifts.
new sofa.
poor layout. master bedroom was an inside room with small bathroom - 1 side table, no dresser and closet had no set up to store clothing aside from a top shelf you couldn’t see or reach. Güestroom had a window to the slopes but two tiny beds and no dresser and tiny closet.
kitchen and bathrooms extremely dated + 25 years since a facelift.
despite the cost per night, they charge you $5.50 for firelogs even though all other hotels with fireplace have gas that you can run constantly with no extra charge.
no amenities, locker storage in the basement with no staff.
have stayed at many price comparable hotels in Whistler this was overpriced and equivalent to old motel quality.

Was initially a bit worried that check in via Sundial Hotel was going to be complicated but the staff at Sundial were super helpful and impressive.
We checked in early and Rachael at the front desk was amazing. She was able to help fix a problem with the snowmobile and ski session I had (badly) planned on the spot. Received a text message when our suite was ready and by the time we came back from our outing in the evening, all our luggages (for 6 people) were all neatly lined up in the suite.
While located on the lowest (2nd floor) our suite had a nice view of the peaks and easy access to the gondolas. We enjoyed the convenient location and the super responsive service and didn't really mind the slightly louder noise & music during day time.

Location and staff, amazing.
4.3
wonderful location, clean apartment, good free coffee, very friendly staff.
Some of the bulbs were out making it quite dark, the building front door was also too light weight meaning it didn’t lock all the time which is a bit of a security risk. a sign reminding people to make sure it it locked could resolved it.
4.3
Layout of rooms. Location. Beds.
Very dusty. Blinds, window sills require a proper clean. The sofa and chairs, carpeting need upholstery cleaning. Coffee maker not working properly. NO cable connection for the TV. No lock on the sliding door. If you have hay fever to dust, do not stay here.
4.3
Great location and quite clean. Spacious unit with great parking.
A bit outdated on decor.
4.3
The location was perfect, close to restaurants and pubs; awesome view from my window; i loved the rustic decor that created a cozy ambiance; good quality bedding and towels; very clean; fully equipped kitchen; caring staff (Rachael and Lottie) who followed up with the text after I checked in to ask if i need anything;
Checking in was a bit tricky, but it was partly my fault as I didn’t read carefully the instructions in the confirmation e-mail
4.3
It was right in the centre of Whistler, ideally placed
Finding the parking place was difficult, especially as the directions only arrived a day after we had.
4.3
The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. I would recommend the lodge to any family traveling to Whistler. The location was perfect and there was lots of space in the suite. We would stay here again.
4.3
Excellent location, doesn't get any better. Faces Whistler Gondola and the run into the village. Service staff was excellent. Very responsive and accomodating. Washer/dryer in unit, entry "mud" room, one bathroom seemed to have been renovated in the last 5 years, real fireplace, master br was spacious.
TERRIBLE value. We had 2 rooms, a 1BR and 2BR. The 2BR was NOT luxury whatsoever but was priced as so. Most of the appliances were very old. Sofa was very uncomfortable due to it's age. No support, you sank into it. Same w/ the master br bed. Lumpy and sinking in the middle, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Furnishings were old, from 80s it seemed. 2nd br bunk bed was ultra cheap kind made of metal and creaked loudly when there was movement in the top bunk, very bothersome since it would wake you up. Full kitchen but all they provided was salt and pepper... no cooking oil, no spices, nothing else. The 1BR was furnished like a hunting lodge. Very dark, nothing good to say about this room. We will consider other units in the future and will definitely avoid these 2.

The location of this apartment was perfect. It was located in the heart of Whistler Village, and was located only a couple of hundred feet from the ski lifts. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
4.3
very close to the hills
right on top of the most popular bar in town. music was very loud.
4.3
the variety and views. there is something for everyone
the cost of food
4.3
Great location, fantastic accomodation and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Some direction in the booking email about where to pick up the keys would have been good, it was another guest who directed us to the Sundial hotel reception to pick them up
