Location. Quite too.
Tiny ants. However it was on the ground floor in a forest. What can you do? Who knows.

Very nice 1 bed suite, modern, clean, 10 min walk to everything in “downtown” Whistler. Friendly, helpful staff. Main bedroom very comfortable. Nice outdoor heated pool.
Couch/ hide-a-bed very uncomfortable.
4.2
The apartment is very close to the ski slope so could almost be described as ski in and ski out. It was also conveniently located for the free bus. Bed very comfortable and nice shower although it it over a bath.
Did not like to have to pay for parking. Shortage of cups and plates. Some neighbours were noisy.
4.2
Was a very nice place to stay
Can't be helped but people upstairs were stomping around at all times of day and night, sounded like they were in ski boots the whole time.
4.2
Good location close to Whistler Village
The property we were assigned was located in Lagoons at Stony Creek. There are no common amenities with this property (i.e. gym, pool, hot tubs, saunas). Some individual units had their own hot tubs, so be sure to verify what amenities are associated with your unit, as ours had none. Mid-week refresh of towels did not occur.

set up
2 bedrooms upstairs and a pull out couch was excellent

Kitchen, two bathrooms and easy walk to bus stop for ski lifts and walk to local supermarket
Stayed at Granite Court #206, what a DUMP. Upon opening the door you are greeted by a coat cupboard with broken doors (first impression!),the sofa lounge cushions were torn but don’t flip them over as the other sides are stained. The duvet for the sofa bed didn’t have a cover on it, got one from reception from the Target 1983 Winter Collection! The kitchen has an oven, but no baking trays to cook with and dirty pots of in the cupboard. The master bed is so old it creaked at every movement and my husband and I couldn’t sleep in it together as the lumpy mattress rolled into the middle. The spare room has two single beds which were ok except for the dirty used Band-Aid’s on the bedside table. Most of the linen was stained and we had bath towels which had holes in them. This property needs improvements and is far from superior.

Apartment we were assigned ended up being in an incredibly convenient location for a race we were here for. I also really liked using access codes rather than having to worry about keys or swipe cards. It was good that there was underground parking too even if you had to pay for it ( about $16 or 17 per 24hrs). We mostly left the car and walked to the village and supermarket when we needed to.
Check in was smooth too and I liked that they reminded me to come to the office a few days before my booking started
It was mostly good, just a few minor irritations - There were no sharp knives for chopping vegetables and the hairdryer didn't work.

well appointed, nice furnishing, comfy bed, good kitchen & very clean
taped on air con exhaust kept falling off window. it’s a bit of a trek from Whistler properties office to appartments. you need a taxi
4.2
location and free parking
it was very old unit that never updated since build.
carpet was very old and need to be replace.
washroom and bathtub are so old that mold stayed on silicon glue. house cleaner did good job to clean the unit but it was unpleasant and bedding was very stinky when I trying to sleep on the bed. I used essential oil to camouflage smelly bedding but temporarily solutions. need to be replace bedding.

ok location. fair value but not great.
ice was never cleared from the property the whole week. occasionally some gravel was thrown down but the sloped brick walkways from the street throughout the property up to the entrance doors was treacherous throughout the week. it didn't snow the whole week, and the rain didn't stick - just a lack of maintenance / effort. Also the place is tired, floors creaky, beds very creaky and rickety, plumbing tired, carpets worn.

Condo was spacious and well kept. We like the Northstar complex with pool and hot tub. Good location for walking. Staff (Colin) was very helpful when I was originally concerned about where we'd be located. Assumed from pics, address on booking that we'd be at Northstar. We did end up there.
1)The ad was misleading, as it appeared all accommodations were at Northstar. Only much further down page did it mention 70 possible properties. Would have been very inconvenient if we checked in at Northstar and had to go to another property a distance away, such as Creekside etc (especially when we came to Whistler by bus). Glass door between foyer and rest of condo was a bit of a 'hazard'.

Plenty of space in the two bedroom apartment. Well stocked kitchen re cutlery, kitchen equipment and crockery. Close to the village for the supermarket, shops etc
Our apartment was one floor up so two sets of stairs, one to the living area and then one to the bedroom, with a one year old we needed to keep a close check on him. If you have a young family remember to ask for a ground floor apartment.

Excelente muy recomendable

Location, pool and hot tub, spacious unit
Stayed in unit 49 - very dark and no natural sunlight whatsoever, faced highway so patio was practically unusable, could not extend check out time of 10am, only 2 rolls of TP for 4 night stay for entire family

The accommodations were wonderful. The place was roomy and very comfortable. It was also nice being able to do laundry as we were on an extended trip throughout British Columbia.
The amenities lacked and it could have been cleaned better than it was when we arrived. For example there was one frying pan that needed to have it's handle repair for us to use. Other items such as salt and pepper, which is normally available at other properties, were not here.

Great facilities very convenient location

The location is excellent! Just across the street to the Market place parking lot. There have everything you need. Tim Horton, Macdonald, Fresh Market... Hot tub and swimming pool are still open. It's a great place to stay.
Stay in room #14 smells paint, perhaps it's newly renovated. Opened the door and made the fan blowing but still couldn't get out of it.
4.2
Location and underground parking was excellent.
The handle on the microwave came off (had been previously glued due to breakage). The TV cable feed did not work in the bedroom.
4.2
Very convenient location in the village, loved that parking was included (a nice perk). Property was easy to check in and out of, area was quiet, and the entire suite had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, cable tv, gas fireplace, and in suite laundry. There’s a pool and hot tub (that we did not use) but also a nice addition. Suite was very spacious and comfortable, would definitely stay again!
4.2
Swimming pool, location, value, ease of locating, free parking
Double bed, lack of light
