Location.
it was very modest

The location was great (aside from people partying in the playground late at night). It was great to be close to a grocery store, liquor store and the village. The room was a great size and had everything we needed.
The partying by other guests or locals at the playground late at night made it difficult to sleep. Seems odd to be charged $105 for the cleaning of the room but we had to take down our own garbage and recycling.

Bed was mildly comfortable. great location to supermarkets and restaurants.
Very basic condo. Overall an average accomodation. The instructions to get into the property are convoluted and difficult. The check in process is not easy, firstly, you need to buzz an intercom and then you have 30 seconds to open the door and get yourselves and all your suitcases into the elevator. We had 6 bags and this took us longer than 30 seconds - it took us 3 attempts to actually enter the building.
The room was clean and very basic and small. We had a balcony which was lovely, the plastic chairs were a bit of a vibe kill though. You get basic amenities so we had some bowls, plates cups etc for breakfasts. There is one small bin in the bathroom which was overflowing by day 3.
I also think it’s heavily overpriced for what it is. We were shocked when we entered the room as we thought it would have a larger space and more amenities. If your coming for a few days this would be fine but we were here 5 nights and next time I will be booking something a little better than this lodge.

Location was great, price was good
The unit needs some sprucing up. Bathroom fan doesn’t work, couch/sofa bed needs replacing, place needs a paint job, noisiest fridge in the world.

Great location. Breakfast? Didn’t know about that. It was a cheaper price than most.
Worst- getting into the apartment. Late to arrive but let them know. Used call button and got the operator who was to signal elevator. 3 times didn’t work. She said someone would call, no one did. Finally got in by other residents who were going up in elevator. Also, there was no drawer space anywhere.

(Hair dryer was melted on one side, bathroom cabinet broke, fittings hard to use, Plastic chairs on balcony, bathroom not up to date)
- Bathroom mold (on/behind the skirting boards, as they are nearly falling from the wall)
- Dirty balcony
- very loud refrigerator

This was an excellent location only a stones throw from a grocery store, BC liquor store, and restaurants. There is a bike lockup room but it was full to over crowded while I was there. But this was not a problem as every parking stall has a steel rail that a bike can be locked to. The parking stalls are adequately sized for a mid-sized pickup (Chev Colorado) but if you drive a full sized pickup, F150/1500, you may have to use a pay parking lot. I did see full sized pickup parked beside one another but am uncertain how they where able to get the doors open wide enough to get in and out of their trucks. From April 1 to October 31, overnight parking is permitted in Day Lots 1 to 5 with a maximum stay of 24 hours.; From November 1 to March 31, overnight parking is not permitted in Day Lots 1 to 5 to allow for snow clearing and lot maintenance. The Day Lots are closed from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. every night.
If you enjoy the arcane puzzles of third rate escape rooms you are going to love process of getting up to your room to get the key fob. The volume of the intercom is so low that you are not able to hear the instruction over the street noise. I did use my cell phone to call the host but was told the only way in was the intercom. I'm not sure why the host could not stay on the phone while I operated the intercom. I was unable to get into the building using the host's instructions; another guest took pity on me and took me up in the elevator otherwise I'd still be standing there.

An awful check in experience. Long winded instructions provided. Upon arriving we tried to contact the person on duty via the intercom as advised, but could not get through. Some kind passers by called the number on the door as my mobile did not work in this area. The person on the end of the phone did not understand that it was not the code for the room door that was the issue it was that we could not get into the foyer to get up to the room. He hung up on us. We were eventually let in by another guest who escorted us to the correct floor.

All good🙂
The bathtub in the unsuited was draining very very slow🙁 there was some hair clippings cami out of the drain the first time I use. It took me awhile to clean the whole thing. Kind of gross🥺
But the rest of the unit is very very clean🙂

The price and location was great. The room was comfortable. I had good restful sleeps on the comfortable bed.
The check-in email is too long. It's like reading an essay. Should be laid out more clear, bullet points, etc. T
As for the bed, there as also a really annoying foot to the bed at the mid-way point that I stubbed my toe on at least 5 times. I think my toe might actually be broken as it's still throbbing days later. Really bad design on that bed.

The location was pretty convenient for where we wanted to be and we were warm.
The apartment was pretty tired and worn. The clothes dryer did not tumble just blew out hot air so drying clothes was a problem. The bathroom fan kicked in at random times creating a din while we were trying to sleep and unfortunately the fridge sounded like a generator cranking over once it got started, again not very helpful in an open plan apartment when you are trying to sleep. The entry system was problematic for two pensioners with two pull bags and a couple of back packs and unfortunately in none of the confirming documentation were we told what floor it was on so once we got in the lift we were thwarted again as we didn’t know where to aim for. After a couple of pretty distressed phone calls we got in. The blurb described a balcony looking out over the town which as you can see by the accompanying photos it most certainly did not. We looked at neighbouring apartments and out onto the roof with a lot of accumulated rubbish. We were very disappointed. We were there for ten days to see our son so were looking forward to a bit of space so we could sit out and eat and drink but it was pretty grim. We think we paid a lot for what turned out to be very ordinary.

Location is absolutely perfect.
The place was dusty, such as the shelves of the nightstands, where I wanted to place some of my belongings. My slippers got caught in the dust, as they slipped underneath the bed. It was super dusty underneath the bed, and it's very apparent that the under-the-bed area hasn't been dusted for at least several months, if not a year. Everything else though works well.
