The location was fantastic. We could walk to the upper village in a few minutes and the lower village in around 10 mins. Once we parked our car we didn’t use it again until we left.
Nothing. It was the perfect start to our holiday.

Location is close to city centre. Hot tub and pool are nice.

No Personal service! Seemed like we were a bother to front end staff! Ghastley!

Our kids loved the swimming pool and we loved the hot tubs.
Nothing to dislike

L’emplacement
L’appartement est très vieux, le matelas du canapé convertible devrait partir à la poubelle jamais dormi sur un matelas aussi inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts sur notre corps, mon dos est cassé a cause de ce canapé convertible

The apartment was spacious, pool and hot-tub were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The apartment and the hallway had an unpleasant smell. The furniture and decorations are very outdated. One of the bedrooms still had a 1990 box Tv. The lighting in the kitchen and living room is very poor. Had an overall negative impression/vibe from my stay in the apartment.
Underground parking is available but it is not free, nor is it cheap.

Location. Front staff friendly.
Room poorly equipped and I was there for one month. No vacuum or cleaning service. I would have been fine vacuuming myself. Decor very dated and disappointing. When I required one more night at the end of one month and they could not accommodate me I was able to get a room with another property manager and the room was beautiful and well equipped. I felt ripped off.

The location and access to slopes was great. Ski storage and hot tubs ideal
Parking charge although it was expected, could be included. No rooms for just two people, seemed to be minimum 4 or maybe that was just availability

Location was great. 3 hot tubs meant the area wasn't busy. Great view off the deck.
Fridge stopped working, lost $100 in groceries, so we had to eat out. Defrosted all over the floor, which caused some flooding in the kitchen. Unit is in dis repair. Dishwasher is not mounted and comes out of the counter tipping forward when opened, this is a safety hazard. Window in master bed is broken and doesn't close all the way. Carpet is frayed, walls, cupboards are pretty banged up. The picture of the fitness room in the ad is not accurate. The unit is run down.

location, friendly staff, super friendly maintenance staff member (had called twice)
do not like pass code access - it's get harder to remember another code. FOB's are better
Parking should be included, not an extra $25 per night

It was away from the bustle of the village but close enough to walk. The pool and hot tub were nice to have. Bed in room was comfortable. Friendly and helpful hostess at front desk.
Parking was very expensive and was a hidden cost until after booking. Nothing else offered like complimentary snacks, fruit or already made coffee and tea to go in the morning.

Convenient location, massive bed! Spacious layout, great large mirrors. Brilliant value for money. Fantastic late night swim opportunities.
Room was extremely hot! 31°. 3 fans were provided, which is great, however this just circulated the warm air.
Check in time was 4pm which is the latest I've seen and then check it is 10am which is early - definitely need to stay a minimum of 2 nights for it to be worth it.

The space you get for the price you pay is very good.

Nice amenities, great price for Whistler/black comb. Suite was nice and clean and had most things in the kitchen we needed
No air conditioning in the room just 2 fans. Needs a toaster in the kitchen and the walls in the bathroom needs a wipe down

We didn’t like that the property is on the ground level and I think it needs some update - maybe some cosmetic renovation. It is clean but outdated.

Fantastic pool area for both h kids and adults. Quite location but still close (walking distance) to village. Comfy beds!

Well equipped kitchen
Balcony
Spacious lounge
Lovely pool and hot tubs in the communal area
The gym had no weights at all (no hand weights or weight machines) - just cardio machines

perfect accommodation for a weekend.
The parking was really expensive, but there was some available streets spot.

Check in was super easy! The pool wasnt busy because it wss off season!
Loved that Netflix was included (hotel TV is usually just cable and thats no good)
Full size fridge and cooking amenities are a big plus! Bed was super comfy
I didn’t realize the property didnt accomodate oversize vehicles so had to park on a road nearby, which was also very busy. Not a big deal but definitely going to see if I can make my life easier next time.
