The staff was outstanding, rooms were clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make my niece’s birthday trip special. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to NYC.

Rooms are lovely and the location is great.
The Restaurant is a disaster, long waits, orders processed incorrectly.
Big management issues in the restaurant so the staff are stressed and not very happy.
I would avoid this restaurant as it may ruin your stay.
Good restaurant for breakfast next door called Sarahbeth's,

Quarto não foi arrumado nenhum dia. Tivemos que pedir todos os dias o serviço sendo que não tinha nenhuma plaquinha na porta impedindo a entrada do housekeeping.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park was an unparalleled experience of luxury, opulence, and elegance. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a level of service and attention to detail that was truly exceptional.
The location of the hotel, overlooking Central Park, is absolutely breathtaking. The views from my room were nothing short of spectacular, and I found myself mesmerized by the natural beauty of the park every morning and evening.
The room itself was a haven of comfort and sophistication, exquisitely designed with plush furnishings and high-quality amenities. The attention to detail in the decor and the comfort of the bedding made for a truly restful and rejuvenating stay.
The dining options at The Ritz-Carlton were equally impressive. The Michelin-starred restaurant, BLT Market, served delectable dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant made each meal a memorable experience.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff's dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort and satisfaction was remarkable. They anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to make my stay truly unforgettable.
In summary, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park is a pinnacle of luxury and sophistication. It offers an unmatched level of service, combined with a stunning location and top-notch accommodations. My stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in the heart of Manhattan.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Great views, VERY comfortable room, and nice lobby lounge. But it’s the service that makes this a 5/5!!! Surprisingly good-sized room for Manhattan. Drink prices in the lobby bar were a little outrageous.

Breakfast was not included. We tried it once anyway - it was ok but definitively not worth the money. Walk out in Central Park and get a better lunch there for a quarter of the price and in much nicer surroundings.
It seemed like a micer had scanned the whole place trying to find out what could be removed/cut down towards customers: The location is great and the staff was nice but if I pay a substantial amount for a room - at least I expect a really good breakfast to be included which it was not. There was not even a water boiler to make tea in the room - what hotel doesn't have that ? The spa showed out to consists of a locker room with showers and a steam sauna. Nothing else: No pool, no jacuzzi - no relax department unless you paid for a treatment. Ritz-Carlton even used toilet paper that was of the type that immediately dissolves when in contact with any fluid. You would have to go to a gas station in Sweden to find such low quality paper. We felt like we were on the Ryanair of hotels: What ever you wanted more than just the room and the bed you had to pay extra for. For me that is fine - if I would have paid the price that I do when going with Ryanair but I cannot really say that was the case. I normally do not complain - and I have been to many hotels around the world - I am sorry to say this was not even close to what I had exepcted.
