Blissful serenity & relaxation

Professional, clean, beautiful pool & hottub major plus, open late, suites are very nice full kitchen, sofa, and lovely jazzuzi. Would love to potentially always stay at this specific hotel when I come to orlando!

great opportunity to make memories

the place is exceptionally well taken care of I have no complaints and I will definitely return

we had family emergency and arrived late there was a problem with the booking company about extending our stay we spent 4 hours of our day running back n forth from discovery cove dealing with hotel people and booking people we couldn't enjoy our stay and then had to leave because of the hurricane long drive. to not have any fun as a family

Overall, great place for family!

Great location, nice room, kitchen great for family, nice pools, parking included, nice for families!

Room floor was dirty, some bugs in the room, bedroom was very lit up at night due to uncovered window.

Nice location the way the 1st nights situation was handled makes me never want to go back

First night there in room 3207 we got woken up by a loud knocking sound that continued for hours. I was coming from above us. I called to the front desk. Was told they were sending an officer up for a 3rd time and something about tile repairs. I don’t know who does flooring repair in the middle of the night or why it took an officer coming 3 times to get it to stop. I wasn’t the only one that had called to complain. When I asked about it the next day I was told they didn’t know what it was or what I was talking about. No one had the same response when I would ask about it. We were exhausted after traveling and needed sleep since we were wanting to wake up early and get to the park when they opened. Instead we were up all night and didn’t get much sleep which meant we didn’t get to the park early and left early since we were so tired from no sleep the night before. At check out I asked again about it and nothing and not even an explanation or apology or anything.

Friendly and positive staff

well let me start by saying that the Rooms were kind of old , there was no way to get Netflix but they did have a dvd player where you can rent dvd movies " who still uses a dvd player " the anesthetics of the rooms and tub made me feel like I was in an assisted living location not a resort. Definitely great for a family with kids but definitely not a couples romantic getaway. Laundry room had no workable ac unit , laundry detergent machine was not working. And dryers where not drying clothes even after 1 hour cycle. No phone in laundry room to get any assistance. After numerous attempts to contact office they finally picked up the phone and sent a worker who looked at the ac unit and machines and stated " I will be right back " but never returned. It was definitely a fustrating stay which i will not repeat. The Grand entrance and pool area had the resort feel , but thats where the wow factor ends

Fantastic stay

The staff were extremely helpful especially when i had to extend my stay. They graciously allowed extended checkout hours till my new suite was ready for check in. Giovana and Jamari were particularly helpful and warm. The resort is really comfortable and feels like a fun home

The perfect hotel for families with amazing facilities and centrally located.

Top tier quality room and facilities. Friendly and accommodating staff who addressed any issues or problems promptly. Highly recommend.

Due to my own lack of knowledge, I booked the hotel during school holidays. So the pool and facilities were extremely busy and noisy.

Very pretty hotel. 2 nice pools. Clean property. Friendly staff, market on site with 2 complimentary coffees or waters.

The hours of the pool bar should be the same as the pool itself. It closed at 8pm but the pool is open until 11pm.

A decent Hilton, great location to SeaWorld and Aquatica

The kitchen, my room was close to everything, the pools, the quick communication and the room size. And the a/c was amazing!

1. Checking in was extremely too long. Had two individuals helping but there were literally 10 employees in the lobby. Not sure why the hotel doesn't have electronic entrance so I could just check in with my app. This hotel seems outdated. 2. Our tv went out every single day of our stay which was super inconvenient after a long day and wanting to relax. 3. Woken up at 9 am this morning by landscaping outside our window.

Everything! Very nice place, near the parks. You can walk to Seaworld and have a shuttle to Aquatica.

Whwn we are three people ( and we have informed before), and one is using the sofa-bed, why aren’t the sheets, pillows and blankets in the room and only part of them?

Pretty on the outside but with some major flaws.

The location of this property is fantastic, especially if you are spending any time at any of the SeaWorld parks. The exterior of the property is very well maintained, it's also easy to navigate. I like the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the suite. If you're spending more than one or two nights here it does seem like they have several on property things to do. Movie nights, a children's playground, two pools, Spa, etc.

The check-in process was lengthy, even with a fairly small line. We checked in later in the day, well past the earliest check in; and I still felt like it took a long time to get checked in. It was odd and kind of annoying that they had you get a parking pass at a separate desk from your check-in. Meaning, we had to wait in a separate line to obtain a parking pass. Truth be told, it kind of felt like the people at the parking pass desk are there to try an upsell you on experiences in Orlando and so forth. Timeshare presentations, things like that. I didn't like that. Providing me with my parking pass should have happened during the check-in process at the same desk. I'm spending enough to stay at the property. I don't want to be up sold or pressured to sit in on timeshare presentations. When I made the booking, I didn't do so at a severely discounted rate with the understanding that I would be pressured with a sales pitch. It was a regular booking, at over $350 per night. In my opinion, that means the guests should be checked in and left alone regarding your "timeshare options". The room was just OK. On the forefront it looks nice, but, it was FILTHY. The hard floors were absolutely disgusting. So much so that we requested they be recleaned at the start of our stay. The bathroom was not sanitized, and if it was, it was a poor job. There were not enough blankets for the pull out sofa bed. The blankets we did have were stiff and low quality. We called and asked for additional blankets at 10 p.m. one night but they were never delivered. We had to call again the next morning to ask again. We were looking to purchase some sodas one night. We were told that the only guests that could buy them at that time were property owners, and they could not help us. We were actually told that we would have to go across the street to the 7-Eleven. Absolutely ridiculous. I have stayed in 2 star hotels, five star hotels, and everything in between.

Unforgettable family vacation stay with great amenities, staff and location!

The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the amenities were wonderful! The entire family loved the room, pool, and property, would definitely visit again! Also the staff was nice and quickly responded to needs and requests via text, very convenient. The location was also very convenient for us- Hilton nailed it here at Grand Vacation 👏

É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. No geral foi tudo ótimo, porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. Encontrei tufos de cabelo no chão do banheiro, a cozinha também podia estar mais limpa e não havia tapete no banheiro. Mesmo as faxineiras vendo que eu estava utilizando a toalha de banho como tapete no chão, não disponibilizaram tapetes.
