Gute Lage, wenig Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit

Wenn man in die Freizeitparks möchte, ist man hier von der Lage her sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Bett sehr gemütlich. Alles ist sauber.

Die etwas schlechte Bewertung geben wir insbesondere, weil wir in der heutigen Zeit etwas mehr Umweltbewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit erwarten. Wir waren sehr schockiert darüber, dass beim Frühstück ausschließlich Plastik-Einmalgeschirr bzw. Wegwerf-Teller und Besteck angeboten wird. Man sollte außerdem wissen, dass man im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen kann und somit keine Frischluft hat. Noch zu erwähnen sind die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren von circa 10 US-Dollar pro Nacht.

No quarto vizinho tinha pessoas com 2 cachorros, eles saiam e largavam os cachorros no quarto. Os cachorros não paravam de latir. Muito incômodo. Reclamei várias vezes e nada foi feito.

it was a very good location for what we were needing, the rooms are quite dated for a Hilton

the location was great

the first room we checked into was the one we booked, a larger "suite"...there was an odor coming from it when we entered which was from the kitchen trash which had been sitting awhile. We called down for it to be removed and they were sending someone up. Then the television did not work. They sent up engineering to check it and were not able to get it going. With that I called down to be moved. They did accomodate us, however the room was a bit smaller due to no availability. I feel there should have been a bit of a discount, but none was offered.

Hotel com custo/benefício muito bom

Excelente localização, quartos espaçosos e com cozinha completa; estacionamento e café da manhã de cortesia.

Durante nossa estadia tivemos a passagem do furacão Milton, com a forte chuva e ventos o carpete ficou molhado, possivelmente uma falha na vedação da janela ou no forro, nos dias seguintes ficou um forte odor no quarto. Para o futuro seria interessante remover os carpetes e reformar o banheiro.

Bom hotel, mas limpeza precisa melhorar

Limpeza dos quartos. Limpam dia sim, dia não. Mas quando limpam só trocam as roupas de cama e toalhas. Durante os 14 dias que fiquei hospedado nao limparam o carpete ou passaram um pano no chão.

Our stay was fantastic

It is centrally located near sites where you don’t have to drive. Most restaurants and activities in walking distance. Staff very nice. Facility kept clean. Breakfast variety good.

Does not worth the price

The location of my room

I paid for a room with large refrigerator as we were staying for 7 night but at check in I was told that type of room was not available. They came once to clean our room and I had to call them to do so.

I frequent this property. So i was shocked with the issues i did have. Fixable issues. Will still return.

Location. Room size. Breakfast. My free waters every time i go there.

Elevators slow and needs fixing. Room was very noisy. Not sure if it was from machines in the building or the being close to the elevator. And needed to have the room door open to the living room in order to feel the AC. Once room door closes the room immediately gets hot

Alles in allem mit Oropax ganz gut.

Die Location der Unterkunft ist super. Bestens geeignet für Icon Park oder das Convention Center. Das Hotel selbst liegt etwas abseits von International Drive und International Boulevard, dadurch dringt kein Lärm von den Straßen durch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut - Müsli, Bagels, Waffeln, Bacon, Ei, … Der Pool ist schön, mit langen Bahnen, so dass richtig geschwommen werden kann.

Im Hotel ist der Lärmpegel durch die Klimaanlagen schon extrem hoch. Das trifft sowohl für die allgemeinen Bereiche, den Pool, wie insbesondere auch auf die Zimmer zu. Ohne Oropax ist Schlafen extrem schwierig. In dieser Art und diesem Ausmaß kannte ich das aus anderen Hotel mit Klimaanlage nicht. Es handelt sich hierbei auch nicht um die Klimaanlage im Zimmer - die kann jeder für sich ausschalten - sondern um das Gesamtsystem des Hotels und das ist ständig aktiv.

Cómodo, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Pero….. no limpian solo recogen

La ubicación era excelente

El personal que me tocó para limpieza no limpiaban solo recogían la cama y ponían toallas. Hubo una ovación que mi nińa más pequeńa se orinó en el sofá cama un poco y yo rápido saqué las sábanas las puse a un lado para que no llegara al matre… las recogieron y se las llevaron al otro día pero…. Nunca vistieron el sofá cama. Tuve que pedir sábanas extras para ponerle a la nińa para que no tuviera que dormir así. Antes de ir llame para orientarme de cuanto era el depósito de seguridad el chico que me atendió me dijo que eran $150 por la estadía (cabe recalcar que le dije la fecha exacta) y cuando llegué me querían cobrar casi $600 la tarjeta solo tenía $400 y pico y eso fue lo que cobraron. Deben orientarlos igual a todos para evitar esos sucesos de mal gusto.

Quarto amplo, com todas as comodidades prometidas. Café da manhã atendeu as expectativas e os funcionários eram cordiais. A localização (para mim) é uma das melhores da INT. DRIVE.

As camas poderiam ser um pouco mais duras (achei um pouco desconfortável), talvez esteja na hora de trocar os colchões (teste de outros quartos do mesmo hotel e a situação era similar).

Nunca hicieron el housekeeping, mil excusas, nunca resolvieron, habían hormigas, en cocina, camas, olor a humedad las habitaciones, estuvimos una semana y todos los días lo mismo, ninguna diferencia por lo ocurrido, a pesar que solicite reembolso por lo que no se realizó, no retiraron ni la basura, horrorible experiencia, James de recepción fue el único que intento ayudar y se agradece, nunca pudimos en una semana, gastar con un manager. Veníamos del homewood suites de miami cerca del dolphin, ese es un lujo, pero al compararlo me dijeron que era solo el nombre igual, peor todavía. Precios altísimos y mala atención, no volveré y no lo recomiendo, lo único rescatable el desayuno. Nada más.

Comfortable stay, clean and modern suite. Friendly and professional staff. Yummy hot breakfast, lots of good options. Maybe not a lot of gluten free or vegan options.

Didn't like the $75 per day incidental hold fees. Wasn't expecting the $150 for two days on my credit card. I see this new charge as unnecessary and inconvenient. giving a credit card just in case of additional charges is expected. Should only be charged as necessary.

Café da manhã honesto. Faltam frutas. Falta variedade se for ficar mais que 3 dias. Ovos mexidos todos os dias, ótimo. Sempre deixam garrafas de café (descafeinado, regular e forte) na recepção, onde tem o café da manhã. Hamburguer e linguiça/salsicha em dias alternados. Máquina de waffle pra voce mesmo fazer, com opções de recheio com chocolate, calda de morango, mel, etc... bem bom! Funcionários cooperativos e simpáticos. Localização excelente, fácil acesso de carro. Quarto bem amplo, com antessala, microondas, máquina de lavar louça, pia, geladeira com freezer, utencílios básicos, cafeteira. Estacionamento cobrado a parte, $5 por diária. Tem lavanderia dentro, com custo a parte. Tem uma piscina. Aceitam encomendas (apesar de eu não ter utilizado, mas perguntei por email antes, como não achei a informação por aqui). O custo reservando pelo booking chega a metade do valor oficial deles. Tive que estender a viagem e, mesmo de ultima hora, o valor pago aqui é melhor que na bancada com eles.

Variedade no café da manhã e faltam frutas no café da manhã.

Boa opção para família pequena que vai visitar parques e quer comodidade de uma cozinha

Uma boa localização, próxima à International Drive, fácil acesso a diversos locais. Quarto bom com cozinha e geladeira. Cama principal confortável. Piscina com spa para relaxar. Recepção amigável e prestativa.

Cozinha possui poucos utensílios. Controle de calefação difícil de controlar intensidade da ventilação. Sofá-cama não muito confortável. Chão todo forrado de carpetes, passa uma sensação de sujeira.

Confortável e sem surpresas. Muito boa e com ótima localização!

Localização excelente mesmo, ao lado da melhor área da Internacional Drive! Roupas de cama e cama muito boa! Sofá cama não é confortável para adultos, mas o suficiente para crianças.

Café da manhã é bom, mas se seus hospedagem vai ser mais longa (ficamos 14 dias), será repetitivo após um tempo. Mas no geral as opções são boas e tem um Waffle muito bom! Além disso fomos muito bem atendidos pela Paola no café da manhã, sempre muito simpática e prestativa.
