Best hotel experience so far!

Best hotel experience we’ve ever had! Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean and the pool was amazingly maintained and the hotel also provided water toys for the kids to play with! The breakfast area was clean and gave plenty of options and the location felt overall very safe.

it is very run down bathroom flooring had broken tiles carport was old room spelled pillows were half the size of a normal pillow we have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. it is a worn/rundown hotel that needs to be renovated.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and it was super close to the college we were touring.

you have to ask to have your room cleaned every day or they clean it every 3rd day. I didn’t realize this until the second day when I read a sticker in the bathroom. maybe this is a new thing?

Very nice beds..slept well!

The night employees were so nice! The breakfast was great. They had waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit, bagels, etc. The room was clean and welcoming...I slept so good!

An elevator would be helpful.

It was in the middle where it was convenient. It was clean and comfortable.

The right room could've been cleaned but they did discount the price for the room I was given. Was just disappointing.

Not terrible, but not great for the price.

Staff was very pleasant. Convenient location. Continental breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is nice and quiet, a good place to rest.

The facility is old and in need of updates. For example, the refrigerator in the room was so loud, I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The tile in the bathroom was stained from age. Visible surfaces and areas were well-cleaned, but when I dropped something on the floor, I glimpsed between the beds and under the desk, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in years. Also, the toilet had a very dark and dirty ring around it under the seat. And I think it's strange that they charge a different rate for every night of multi-night stay.

On our return trip we have decided not to stay at the Quality Inn.

The bathroom was the entire downfall of our stay. The toilet was designed for a 4 year old. 20" - 24" high with no grab bars. We're both in our 70's. I could not use the toilet so used the public toilet in the hallway.

The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. We really loved the hot tub and pool.

The beds need updated. They were very hard and uncomfortable.

thought that maybe the a/c unit could use some updating. I think it struggled staying cool in the room but we weren't hot or complaining.
