Superb

The staff friendly and helpful. Location is good and safe . 03mins walk to the subway. They even help you to get a taxi if required.. very much happy with the hospitality provided. Would love to stay in the hotel again.

Toilet needs atleast a bidet to be attached .it would b helpful.

Great stay ...excellent workers .Clan rooms

The two young men at the reception desk was excellent.They are very good with customer service.i have been to other hotels hoth local here in the US and also international I have never met any front desk workers so nice and kind .They helped me and my elderly mother .They have very good communication skills and awesome at welcoming guest .These two young men are wonderful .Professional and friendly and what I truly liked about them that they were not discriminating they made all guest felt at home .This is truly a nice place with great workers and it was clean and tidy .The Spanish ladies who was cleaning the room and vacuuming really works hard .Overall these workers are great you can not ask for anything better I give them the highest rating in hospitality

Room Never Cleaned/Hair Everywhere

Did not like anything about this inn.

Room was never cleaned, there was A LOT of hair in the sink toilet and bed. Sheets were torn. Music from bar downstairs was incredibly loud until 4am. Bed felt like rocks and this hotel is in the middle of a construction zone and warehouses.

Everything. I'm not exaggerating, from check in as well as check out. Front desk, always accommodating. I asked for fresh towels. I received very fast and they were warm. I'm never disappointed which is why I continue to go back.

I'm not gonna make something up just to fill space. I enjoyed everything.

very loud in the mornings, it sounded like he cleaning crew. please be more aware in the morning or wait till after 9am to start making that much noise. need new bed frames and clean graffiti off the walls.

Great staying

Location is excellent! It's really close yo a Metro station. The area is very safe and we were walking at night. Very convenient place. The staff was very friendly also and kind.

Room cleaning needs to be improved, instead of cleaning 1 or 2 times every 3 days would be nice to be everyday.

The staff was very nice. The room was pretty nice. Good value for the price. Beds were comfortable.

Parking was a little rough. Exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work. Beds had no blankets.

Smell of weed everywhere. Loud music at night. The linen and towels of poor quality. Very loudly doors. Terrible surroundings, no place to have a good meal, except for Parley. It for the same price in Europe you can buy a paradise on earth.

Bad

Very scary room, small room, needs renovation. The hotel does not accept Credit Card from other countries and does not accept Apple pay either. There is a disco club in the hotel building and the music is very loud all night, the building vibrates from the music. A very dangerous place.

Very good

The is a subway station close to the hotel. The neighborhood is generally calm (see below). Daily housekeeping.

The bed was quite large so there was not much space around for suitcases. Some noise during the night from an adjacent building.
