Décevant.

Le personnel était très agréable. La chambre était relativement grande et propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires s’y trouvaient.

La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient dégoûtants. L’eau était verte et le fond était rempli de moisissure. C’est en partie pour la piscine que j’avais choisi cet hôtel, mon fils était très déçu.

The night were short

The bed were Comfy

At 1:30 am the first night the persona at the desk gave the key of our to Simone else so My daughter and I got woken by a man. I got really scared nobody offered compassion the night employé her answer was I wasn’t there when you checked in. The 2 bf night a baseball team was just bedside our room they were running and screaming I ask to talk to the manager radio silence

For a quick overnight we had a good time and a great location for food/shopping.

Loved the rooms. We loved that we were able to go back a fourth with having a conjoined rooms.

You need to update pictures of your property a lot of difference then on the pics

Price

Room keys kept resetting. Wrong room number labeled which caused even more confusion. Keys don't work anywhere. I went to front desk at least 10 times for key resets. Breakfast sucks.

I will definitely come back.

-comfortable bed -good breakfast,variety of choices -location is close to everything -there is arcade and pool which my daughter loved We stayed for new years eve. I wish they did a little celebration in the lobby. Some people bring their own drinks and played at the lobby and waited for the countdown.

- room temperature inside the room can be cold sometimes. It is controlled by wall thermostat and cant be adjusted. - we stayed for 2 nights and nobody cleans the room the next day. Im not sure how their cleaning policy is.

Séjour agréable, à refaire sans faute

Hotel propre, beaucoup de facilités: piscine, spa, salle de jeux, café/thé disponible à la réception

Le service de petit-déjeuner se terminait à 9hrs, un peu trop tôt, normalement c'est 10hrs. Malheureusement, les voisins de chambre ne savaient pas vivre et on fait du bruit jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. Aucun respect pour les autres occupants de l'étage

I probably won’t stay there again

The breakfast was mediocre, no waffles like before and breakfast was not very warm.

No towels in pool area, door to pool area was broken and the clerk had to prop the door open, carpets dirty, no security cameras in the parking lot, stayed there a year ago and it was wonderful, gone down hill now,

Good value

It's an old hotel but I just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was clean. It has a big parking lot and I was pulling a car trailer so that worked out well.

The web site says that the hotel has a restaurant. That closed two years ago and has not reopened. There are lots of places to eat nearby though. It smells like an old hotel even though it's a non-smoking hotel it smelled like smoke.

You get what you pay for. An economical stay, no frills, basic and a little run down but will do for a quick stay.

The price was right for our quick stop on the way to Canada.

Was nice and the restaurant in the little Plattsburgh downtown was close by.

The only negative point is the fact that the breakfast was available with plastic utensils, cardboard plate. In 2023, this is not acceptable.

Not much of anything. It was very dark you need more lights . The staff was not friendly at all,they were very cold when I checked in ask for a copy ob the bill was ignored I never did get 1 even at check out.

Good choice for Plattsburgh for a family with kids.

nice and clean, good location, easy parking

Breakfast was a tad skimpy, lots of noise in the hallways, from early morning (7:00 am kids screaming and talking loudly with their siblings, running in the hallway, on a Sunday morning, waking everyone up!)
