Gorgeous colourful hotel with lovely mountain views. It's a feast for the eyes with lots of thought gone into the interiors. Pool was fab, lots of nice pool floats to float in the sun with a book and cocktail! Cocktails were nice. Free bike hire a nice touch. Comfy spacious room and bed. Coffee machine good. Glad it had a fridge. Front of house staff lovely, loved the bits for sale too!
Some of the interiors looked a bit tired and for the price could use a touch up. While free bike hire was nice the bikes seriously need servicing, two we went to use had problems and felt unsafe. We ended up cycling back earlier than. we meant to because of it. The hotel had great views but was quite a way from downtown without much nearby- a few nice cafes/bars though. We went to the bar at happy hour and the staff was really unhelpful with my partner and gave her the normal bar menu and charged her full price for two margaritas despite it definitely being happy hour, it was tasty but we didn't go back in for a drink or food because we were annoyed by it. When we got to the pool the poolside bar was closing, which is fine, but the staff were really short with us when we asked, as we'd just arrived it was a bit of a weird start. It had just been coachella weekend though so I get they may have had a busy one! All the sunbeds closest to the pool had to be paid for which felt a bit yuck as staying there was a treat and more pricey than places we normally stay.

Way overpriced. It’s Barbie’s Roach Motel. Horrid.
Everything except the staff. They were nice.

It had games to play with my son & niece, convenient parking spaces and nice Mountain view.
My son and niece saw 2 critters lol by the door exit. Also the hot pool wasn't what we expected.

Location and mid century modern feel
Pool water was not as clean

the weekend drag brunch was fantastic. The pool was amazing. if you go to the pool in the morning its family friendly. later afternoon and evening its more of a party vibe.
the pool patio rooms are convenient to getting around the hotel.
large bug in the tub. spider on the pillow. mirror smudged when we first arrived. the room was 152 which is inside one of the covered stair entrances. it was so noisy and distracting throughout the night.

Pool, balcony with pool view, sizeable room, comfy bed, friendly staff, good bar, strong a/c
The key cards didn't always work, navigating the property was sometimes confusing, no ice (I get it, the heat, but still), bit of a sulphur smell at times, barely any room in fridge for personal food/beverage items

hotel staff was not kind while check inn
also , they did not tell us about the weekend event for weekend . all hotel was in event construction during our stay ! majority of hotel was blocked with fences !!!
we are so much disappointed with noise , with view . my worst booking com experience last 15 years in 4 continents!

Nice front desk, comfortable and clean room, good housekeeping, excellent restaurant
On Friday someone vomited in the pool. I did not see it happen. I went in the pool. The staff knew there was a large vomit puddle and did not tell anyone in the pool. Luckily someone who saw the person vomit told me. The staff allowed me to swim on vomit. I could not use the pool thereafter because i was so disgusted, The pool was usually dirty but not with vomit.

the location is great and the staff is really friendly.
the pool is a bit more of a party scene on the weekends

great staff, love the decor and vibe

Excellent experience. 👏 They offer little extras that most place charge extra for. So much to offer. We will be back.
Well, the only thing I could think of was the check out staff interrupted our last little time before check out.
***Oh yeah if you are from Cali check your discount on their website.

Loved the location and the theme of the hotel
Different clientele than my previous stay. It’s a party hotel now so not good for relaxing at all

nice hotel, ultra friendly staff!
Overal the hotel is a bit outdated and not the cheapest in PS.
But is a nice place, pool and terrace is nice

Fun hotel. Comfy beds. Cute decor. Excellent food and drinks. Good price point.
We had an issue when we rented a daybed by the pool with them giving ours away to someone else and the service poolside at the daybeds was lacking, I believe do to understaffing. I have stayed here before and had much more attentive service poolside.

Really enjoyed the restaurant on site, pool was awesome, atmosphere was fun for a girls weekend.
Was a bit disappointed by the spa experience.

Great staff, good restaurant, good room, great pool. An overall perfect experience despite the cold weather, and my tournament results (the reason I came to Palm Springs was to play in the Wilson World Tennis Classic).
everything was up to par
3.7
clean property, lots of sun chairs but no sun while we were there.
walls are very thin so you can hear everything that is going on next door.

The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained considering the place was probably built in the 1960's.
The resort fee is a total rip off. The weather was too cold to use the pool and one bicycle I borrowed had an all but flat tire making it almost impossible to pedal.

the staff was great
gave off apartment vibes

Stayed for one day. Check-in was quick and staff was friendly at the front desk. Hotel is cute and has nice views, rooms are a little dated when you look into it.
A bit overpriced for what it is but okay for a one time thing.
