Needed a good nights sleep and Budget Inn provided.

The host was pleasant and apologetic for no breakfast. She did tell us about a diner, Buttercloud Bakery, one street over, excellent recommendation. The bed was comfortable, good sheets. The room was clean although a bit dated feeling. We did meet a painter who is working on the property, efforts are being made.

Heat pump was a little noisy. Smell of pot outside, not unusual in Medford.

Worst Inn ever

There was no one to to welcome us there. We waited about 30 minutes. Called the phone number and rang the bell a dozen time and no one answered. When we came in yhe morning to tell them about the fact we were charged the lady just said that she couldn't do anything we had to take it to Booking.com.

There was drug users in the corner of the inn

We'll never stay there again.

The beds were comfortable. The tub/shower were fine. There was a refrigerator.

The bedspreads were dirty. There were no hangers, plastic cups, or ice bucket. The TV didn't work until the owner/manager came in three times to help us get it going. As far as I know, there was no breakfast offered. The place was dirty.

Unpleasant plus got double charged

The guy on maintenance was very kind and helpful fixing our sync, toilet and coffe machine

No laundry, no breakfast (both were stated as if they were available on booking), poor WiFi, indian girl at the desk was quite unfriendly. The coffee machine was really dirty and didn’t work, sync and toilet got stucked in the first use, had to go get the maintenance guy The worst part, they charged me cash in the property, and I got also charged in my credit card!

If my suggestions were acted on and corrections were made, I would consider going back there.

They advertised breakfast on their website, but when I got there, there was none. This must be corrected! This made me very angry.

A contentental breakfast was promised on the website, but there was none. I couldn't just walk in the front door. I had to stand outside, ring a bell, and wait for a staff member to come from a back room to let me in. That's a very unfriendly way to run a business. The front area really needs a face lift. My bathroom needed cosmetic repair.

Glad it was one night.

Nothing, other than it was clean.

The bathroom had a big hole in the ceiling. And plaster was falling down from it. The shower was very weak. Requested 2 pillows and only received one. Could hear alot of fighting and yelling several times during the night and early morning.

A decent room, easy access to and from the highway. One pack of coffee...really?

Easy Parking, Comfortable room

needed a deep cleaning, lots of dirt and hair around the bathroom, don't even look behind the door! Everything else was nice.
