It gave us a place to sleep and get breakfast

It was easy to get to it was clean

Had to have help getting the TV to work the door handle to get into the room was all but broken we thought we were going to get stuck in the room because it was so hard to open the door from the inside the pool had no towels in the pool area

Appreciate your pet friendly accommodations.

I booked my room about a half hour before check in. I am NOT good at technology but your website was easy.

Simple. If you sell food by the front desk, having even plastic utensils would be nice. I ate a microwave meal with my fingers.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing., the GM was the most amazing lady ever, great woman

Just at my key card wasn’t working, but they fixed it right away. So everything was great.

Excellent stay, rooms very nice, front desk very friendly and courteous

Breakfast, basically you get what you paid for. Nothing fancy... Room was very nice

Security; our friends that stayed at the same time with us, discovered in the morning that their extra storage that they have on top of their car, someone had gone through this during the night. Our friends did notify LaQuinta's front desk regarding this matter and the person that they were talking with thank them.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free

The front desk lady was very nice.

The room was dusty and filthy, cobwebs on the walls and weird stains, wall paper peeling off. The hot tub was broken and the pool hasn’t been properly maintained and felt overchlorinated and gross.

The location

We had stay at a LaQunita in Des Moines on August 4th so I was expecting the same facility. This property was old and smelly. Our room smelled moody. For the amount we paid I expected more since I paid the same amount in Des Moines.

Bad

The room is smelly, so I had to sleep with the window and curtain open all night. I can smell the detergent used to cover the odor, but it actually made it worse. I recommend the staff take some time to clean the room, not necessarily thoroughly, but with a little diligence.

What breakfast? Staff reported a tour group ate all the food early. This is B.S! They knew him many reservation they had but didn’t bother to accommodate the number. Staff attitude was indifferent regarding the situation. No apologies .

It’s was mediocre

Location was great.

The room had a lot of problems. Hole in curtain, baseboard Peeling off, missing floor transfer piece, door lock broke, a d a few other things that I didn’t take pictures of.

I won't be staying there again, not worth the money charged for a room

The outside was nice, the lobby and dining area were nice

The hot tub wasn't working, the breakfast was not good, the room had peeling wallpaper and a nasty spot on the floor by the bed, and on the wall. The carpets in the hallway are filthy and stained

Run down hallways. Needs a very deep clean everwhere

Clean it and repair. Bathroom was good and modern which was a plus. Fridge didn’t work. 4 runs to office from 2floor as let’s would not work. Reception was very patient and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Yummy food, cozy room, great pool!

The breakfast was great and the lady attendant was very helpful and kind. We also enjoyed the nice clean and warm swimming pool with ample towels.

close to downtown , great price and my self and kids had a great time ! we will be back this summer and want to stay her

Too noisy

They allow pets with a small fee. Nice grassy area outside for dogs.

Not as clean as it could be. Very noisy! Room doors slam shut if not closed carefully and it’s extremely loud. Location seems to be noisy in general. Road traffic pretty bad, and screaming people at the apartments next door.

I didn’t like the front desk Dodie, she was quite rude. my tv was not working.. she accused me of repeat phoning! I guess someone else was having problems. I asked for tea.. there was none in my room. she said no..what’s there is what you get. I asked for help resolving a fairly substantial overcharge from my last visit on Dec 19 ( the staff that time were wonderful and I gave them a 5 star review) she said take it up with Booking.com ( which I have, but as of yet…no response)
