Not worth the money spent

Staff was friendly.

bathroom had either blood or fecal matter smeared on wall.

Very short, left the premises around 4 AM TO catch an early flight.

The gentleman that met us at the arrival was very professional, helpful, and caring.

Somehow the information about my pet was not entered in my reservation.

Pretty well a great option for the price near the airport.

Near the airport with a shuttle. Decent breakfast included, shuttle included, nice warm jacuzzi and beautiful pool.

Rooms were a bit warm.

Excellent we have stayed here several times and is our choice Sheff we travel to Boise

Breakfast was nice simple and easy to grab on the way to the airport

Good stay for a night close to Boise Airport

Very close to Boise Airport- 5 min walk. Very friendly staff. Good beds.

Breakfast pretty limited, no real healthy choices available. No bar nor drinks available.

They gave us a key to the room and we couldn’t get it opened so we went back up front for another key and the door still wouldn’t open and eventually a gentleman yelled from inside the room that it was already occupied. We went and told the staff and she apologized and gave us a different room so we went to that room and tried opening the door several times and eventually a gentleman opened the door and said he was already staying in that room. We were mortified and had to trail our luggage and toddler back to the front desk for the fourth time to get yet another room. After check out, we received two separate emails checking us out for two other people. It wasn’t even our names. Very unorganized.

Overall it was a good stay. We were in a room that was smaller than the original booking.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.

We were put in a room smaller than the original reservation. The bathroom / shower area was smaller than expected. A little cramped for 2 people. We were not informed about the smaller room at the time of check-in. We were pressed for time to check in and get to our event so I could not risk trying to change rooms.

Easily our favorite place to stay in Boise.

Favorite place to stay!! Breakfast is great. Easy to find and get checked in every time. we have been so happy with all of our stays.

I requested a 1st floor and told them we were there for medical purposes. instead we had 2nd floor with No elevator. we are 2pld people with a special needs child. I have a heart condition. my wife has a very poor back. and no consideration for getting a medical discount. out of all the motels I could have picked and I had to choose this one. NEVER AGAIN

Very good

Clean. Close to the airport. Convenient for early flights. The pool and the hot tub were clean and in good condition.

We try to adjust the air conditioning but it didnt change much.

I was traveling with two elderly ladies that need a room close to the lobby. They couldn't do long walks or walk upstairs. We were placed in the furthest room from the lobby.

The Hotel was VERY SHORT OF STAFF

We were confirmed for a room with 2 Queen beds, we were given a room with one Queen bed. No explanation :-(
