Very enjoyable stay with a great view and handicap parking

The room was very comfortable both the lower level and upper level. The room was clean and stocked with necessities for our use.

Unfortunately the deck did not have any chairs on the lower deck and only one chair on the upper deck. We did speak to the desk manager when we checked out and she was very apologetic and mentioned we should of called

celebrated my sons proposal. nice large room to accommodate family and friends to gather together. excellent location!

Excellent location, opportunity for larger 2 bedroom townhouses.

somewhat outdated in decor, when heat turns on, upstairs bedroom vibrated enough to wake up.

Wonderful stay!

Location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The Bay is beautiful even in the Winter!

Other than the first encounter with the lady up front, place was in a great location and very clean!

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff was nice.

Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. She assumed we would be using the parking space at the hotel (charged us without asking) and was very taken back when we declined this parking. When we told her we were going to use the street parking (which was free since it was last Nov 1st-the other girl at the counter also vouched and said that it was free this time of year) she mumbled under her breath (but loud enough for us to hear) “oh well I heard they still ticket” while rolling her eyes. That did not sit well with us and is something we will always remember about this place, unfortunately!

Great location, room was larger than expected with excellent view

Wifi was out during the stay, apparently out in the area when we asked about it, not told about it on checking in! Several of the double glazed windows were blown so we could not see out.

Great location but could benefit from a renovation.

Great location and very helpful front desk staff. I liked the layout of our unit. Downstairs was a living room, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs was the bedroom and the full bath. Both levels had balconies overlooking the water.

This property could really use a renovation. Although everything was clean, it was old. The furniture and decor in our room was very dated, and the bed was not at all comfortable. Additionally, we had two balconies off our room but not enough furniture for two people to sit out on either one.

Exceptional

Accessible to all the shops, restaurants, museums, the wharfs for walking and watch the boats come and go. The suite met our needs. Having a kitchen is great because if you cannot finish your meal at a restaurant, you can go back to the suite put it in the fridge and warm it up in the microwave. This is the second time I have stayed here (2018) and will definitely stay again when I go to Newport RI. Thank you and your staff for a delightful visit.
