Horrible

I typically love staying at your facility but my last stay was awful. I was put in one of those rooms on ground level adjacent to the pool. The couple next store were arguing all night and there were kids running up and down the stairs as well as hitting balls outside against the window most of the late evening. I would tell people it is much better to stay in the rooms with elevator direct access ( the newly renovated beautiful rooms) as opposed to the ones on the lower level adjacent to the pool/cornhole toss.

Expensive and not worth it.

The views were nice.

It was crazy expensive. Breakfast and self parking weren’t even included. Beware of a resort fee on top of all the other taxes and fees you pay through Booking.com. There isn’t even beach access from the hotel.

Beautiful resort with wonderful outdoor spaces to lounge

The hotel was almost sold out so I was lucky to get a room. Our room was at the end of the hall near a utility room which was a little noisy. Other than that, the room was wonderful! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, freshly renovated and, most importantly, as depicted online.

We had dinner on the deck on night and the service was terrible. The waitress told us she was also doing room service. Unfortunately, our service suffered as a result. That was our only negative experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

Had a wonderful time for the second year in a row for my birthday! Will definitely return!

Beautiful location right on Narragansett Bay, wonderful property with all the amenities you need, a great pool which is not easy to find in downtown Newport. Newly redecorated rooms were bright, spacious and comfortable.

Room was great—the renovations look great!

Rooms were great and front desk staff, was great.

The pool area is absolutely disgusting. The tables are filthy, the beds had ants and huge bird poop all over them. The deck was filthy—the entire pool area disgustingly filthy.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I can’t wait to go back next year.

Loved our room. Very pretty, nicely decorated. I loved the pool and the outdoor space.

Peaceful but could have been better.

The property is brand renovated. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Amenities are in excellent conditions.

Walls are quite thin and noise from other rooms is easily perceived. Restaurants and front desk are unstaffed, resulting in long waiting times, most problematic is the poor service in restaurants.

Won’t be back anytime soon

Bed was uncomfortable, lights from outside shined in our windows till all hours in the morning. Could hear next door room on a conference call at 7am. Front desk woman was unfriendly. Over priced for what we got

The location was great for the wedding we attended but that was the best part of our stay

Room needs improvement. Multiple cracks in sink, chipping grout & old tub. Overall the hotel & rooms need updating for the rates you are charging. Restaurant not fully functioning.

Superb

Great views all around with some nice outdoor bars and staff was great to. Nice coffee Cafe on site as well and lots of fire pits to sit by outside. And a nice shuttle service that drops you off downtown and picks you up every 30 minutes. Room was nice to with balcony and nice oversized windows.

Nice location. Great pool. Nice restaurants we loved the water taxi to the warf. Staff was pleasant but some were not very helpful.

Dirty vents in bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioner not very strong.

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful. Grounds peaceful.

Temperature cold and then hot. Lots of kids and no supervision at the pool.

Hotel and staff were excellent . We came for a family weekend to Newport and rooms were large and very clean , staff very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were amazing , so much to do . Would not hesitate to stay here again

Beautiful resort in Newport, great for the whole family.

It was very clean, beautiful resort feel and great location. it was not over crowded which I assume is due to the time of year in May.The outdoor pool and fire pits on patio were great. The staff was very friendly.

our rooms didn’t get cleaned until late in day and we always had to request more towels/wash cloths. The hotel could use some upgrades starting with bed that is not that comfortable.

Poor

Pool and outdoor areas were nice

old, outdated rooms. Requested a crib for baby when booking, called 3 days ahead to confirm and was told it would be in the room. Double checked upon check in if the crib would be in the room and was told it would be . Arrived to the room and it wasn’t there, called 3 more times. Eventually after 4 hours and 2 hours after my 9 month olds bedtime we finally got the crib in the room. Also asked for some hot water in the restaurant during my breakfast to clean my sons baby bottles. The server charged me for each pot of water.

comfortable and fun

The property was a very nice scenic view! it was exceptionally comfortable & the room had enough space and comfort for my stay. the indoor pool was great too!

room had no mini fridge & no microwave. When I arrived late at night I was told that they couldn’t cut me a key card & I had to go back in the morning to get get one.

Great hotel

Nice clean room. I asked for an ocean view room and they were able to accommodate. Very grateful. Shuttle service was very convenient.

Felt room was a little expensive for off season.
