Could have been an amazing stay if it wasn’t for the desk staff

Loved the location and room..

The front desk attendants acted very suspiciously.. They kind of interrogated me through an outdoor service window when I checked in later at night in the cold, and they kept trying to come in my room to catch the “other guy” they believed was staying with me.. when I was the only one in the room. a very uncomfortable and awkward experience. If it wasn’t for that I would definitely go back..

Good place to stay for the money, just wish they would of offered coffee maker in rooms.

Room was very clean, outdated, but good value for the money.

No coffee maker in room. Not very friendly when checking in. Stayed for 3- nights, never asked if we needed clean towels. Or if we needed our trash picked up.

The overall stay was very good

The price was excellent! Perfect motel for our occasion. Didn't spend much time there except to sleep. Staff was friendly . Would stay here again.

The caulking around the tub could be done by someone who knew what they were doing.

Time to find new lodging next time I’m in Denver

Convenient location when visiting family. Comfortable bed, quiet and good water pressure. Friendly, helpful staff.

TV not working when I checked in, no more ice machine on site, ironing board in my closet had no cover, there was no iron, large picture missing from wall, and although they advertise daily housekeeping, my room was not cleaned once during my 4-night booking (fresh towels would have been nice). Lastly, there are clearly a few rooms that people are “living” in. More rooms are occupied than there are cars in the parking lot. The woman in the room next to me was outside several times (barefooted) picking cigarette butts out of the ashtray receptacles and smoking them. While this was my 5th time staying at the Belcaro in the last few years, sadly, it will be my last.

location was convenient to city life

With the room facing a busy street it sounded loud through the door and I didn’t feel the door was shut/locked properly …maybe some insulation around the door frame would help. I actually propped a chair in front of the door at night for added security especially because I was staying alone !

Noise from street and upstairs neighbors was an issue. Water from taps specifically the hot tap produced yellow tinted water.

I got completely eaten up by bedbugs! Or some kind of bug. It’s been 4 days and I still have bites that itch . All over my body . I’m a huge hotel traveler and nothing is worse than a week of bedbug bites.

TRASH !!!!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Located in decent area but rooms are trash!!! Carpet was disgusting They had a chair in the room that look like they got it from out of a dumpster behind a building.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel I would never be back do not waste your money you will be very disappointed there are several of motels walking distance near by.

Functional, no frills, good value; ideal for short stays by those not bothered by noise.

The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The furnishings and linens were nice and all was in good repair. Hot showers. The motel is near restaurants and a bookstore. The staff was friendly. Check-in and -out went smoothly. It was the most affordable place we found in the area we wanted to stay.

It was noisy and hard to sleep. The walls and floors are thin and when people play music and watch tv, you can hear it. You can also hear the cars on Colorado Blvd. Behind the motel are private residences which are also noisy, with music and sounds from a personal gym. Sometimes people knock over and dig in trash cans behind the motel overnight, which can also awaken light sleepers. These things aren't Belcaro's fault, but guests should know that light sleepers may find their nights wakeful.

The staff was great the location was convenient and the guests were friendly. The TV was the size of my tablet but the room was clean sanitary and linen was fresh and the bed was comfy.

My reservation was for a 1 room 2 queen beds for 3 people. We got 1 king bed awkward for my son and the old man.
