It was great, convenient

Ceiling leaked one night and we were on 1st floor. Thought refrigerator could have been cleaner

Location was great. Near everything but not in a noisy location.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was good. There is a traffic light right there to help you get in and out of the parking lot. Simple but comfortable.

Excellent Place for Large Families

Very Convenient Location to Dollywood and the rest of Pigeon Forge. Had Room to fit a family of 7

Room was generally clean and adequate, however the pullout bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Liked the location but will not stay here again

It was close to the strip

The king bed was horribly uncomfortable. I had to lay on pillows so I wasn’t sore the next day . The tubs had rusted areas around the overflow covers. Stains on furniture and carpets.

The family was not happy with my choice of hotels.

The breakfast was good for the family. Plentiful and hot. Same each day. Close to the parkway. Price not bad for a two bed two bath suite with a nice kitchen. Beds comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Plenty or hot water.

What you see online is different than what it's really like. Hotel could use some TLC. Sofa bed was not useable. Touch up painting needed and rust in bathrooms. It may not be the best but it wasn't the worst.

Best place I have ever stayed.

Everything thing pretty much. Great location, quiet and calm big rooms, comfy beds. Just can't speak on the breakfast. We had to leave out and didn't get to try it.

The lighting in the hallways were really dim which is calming but couldn't see that good.

The suite had plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. Quite nice, the shower was good it had HOT water. A full kitchen, 2 stoves, microwave and a full size fridge iced over drinks.

Everything was great. No Complaints.

The rooms were great. Liked the fact they had windows in the rooms. Felt like a comfy apartment.

I loved everything about this awesome hotel and I will certainly be back

The room was actually a small apartment, very nice and clean with modern furnishings..the shower was excellent with great water pressure..the hotel itself was comfy with a big fireplace and couches and chairs for your comfort..the breakfast was really good, hot and a nice variety..it’s located on Dollywood Lane, with Dollywood right down the road and surrounded by all the shopping and restaurants, very close to The Island with Margaritaville and Paula Deen restaurants..I could go on and on but bottom line is, this place is wonderful, roomy and affordable compared to a small one room motel..you won’t be disappointed🤗

refrigerator wouldn’t close, it needs the seal replaced. the shower faucet was old and hard to use. it needs replacing. hand held shower head would be great.

Exceptional

Clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location to get to attractions and bypass most traffic on main drag that was 1 block away. Small but good hot breakfast.

Comfortable, clean stay with a great location.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The room was clean and parking was very available. You don't have to circle the lot to find someplace to park. The staff was very nice and helpful.

For some reason there no curtains. There was only a somewhat see through pull down blind. I could see through the blinds and assume people from outside could see in as well. In addition it did not block the sun. When the sun came up your room was flooded with sunlight which is not optimal if you are on vacation and want to sleep in. The smell in the common areas was incredibly strong and unpleasant.

Wonderful

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly, the room and pool was nice. The location was wonderful.

The pull out couch matress was torn and very thin.

I didn’t like it. I was expecting a upgraded hotel/suite.

I didn’t go to breakfast

I asked about early check in was told too check early the day I was staying but didn’t get it I was kinda disappointed.
