Ok for an overnight stay

Mr. Nick was very nice and welcoming.

The entire site looks abandoned, alone. It looks like it's being rehabbed. Some bright flowers and bushes would help. I booked 3 rooms and my Aunt's room was located around the back. She walked past 6 rooms that looked like they were being used for storage. My room, 106, had 10 or more flies who came in I suspect from the standing water out front. They rested on the beds, headboard, ceiling and crawled across the tv. I'm disabled and fell twice trying to sit down on the toilet because they are very low to the ground. The most concerning thing was the water. I took a shower and the water smells of rust! The water leaves a film on your body. I was scared to wash my face and brush my teeth the next morning. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night. It was ok for 1 night.

Overall we had a pleasant stay and will come again!

The property was an appealing building and location! Quiet yet close to all the places and things we needed for a pleasant stay!

There was a lot us noise above our heads which sounded like maybe children were running and playing until late evenings!

They switched out room from what we booked and the rooms need to be updated! Huge draft from the door!!

Pros: location, comfortable beds

Cons: no pool yet, no breakfast despite being on the website that they have it, water smelled of rust, small scratchy towels, view from the street (location looked like it was shutdown), very small rooms, staff not very friendly.

Leaving knowing that I would rather spend $300 a night than to stay with them. To their credit hotels in this area are close to 40% more than most areas

No iron in the room, and we had rooms close to our friends and were told to share the iron, because the hotel had no more. There was a condom wrapper on the stairwell. The room had an awful paint job. The staff was OK unless you needed something, the desk person shook his head when I told him there was no iron in the room as if I was bothering him. When checking out he justified his previous attitude by saying people are stealing the hotel properties appliances, but was much nicer. For $129 a night it was not the deal I usually get from Sleep Inn.

Dirty unkept

The property was dirty and unkept.

Room was smelly, dirty. Walls were dirty. Toilet had yellow stains, burn marks on tub. Dingy sheets, no comforters on bed, Mitch matched blankets used on beds instead of comforter. Torn stained carpet. Roaches and flies.

I will try a different hotel when I drive through this area again.

It has a convenient location. The room was decent and clean.

The room was very hot! The air conditioner is not strong enough to keep the room cool, which made it difficult to sleep.
