The stay was OK, but I would’ve went somewhere else that had to joining rooms. Had I known I wasn’t

You guys false advertised about having a pool you didn’t even have a phone in the room in case we needed to call and ask questions. And I wanted adjoining rooms because I had my grandson with me and I wasn’t able to get that if I had known that I wouldn’t have stayed at your hotel, but I will never come back.

No pool that was advertised no adjoining room is what I requested.

Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten - alles hat perfekt gepasst.

Alles war blitzsauber, alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel und angenehm ruhig, trotzdem im Zentrum der Stadt.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

The bed was really comfy, and the location was great. The lavender was a nice touch. Our room was peaceful and quiet.

Great room, horrible parking garage option for trucks

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. View was good.

We have a truck and the valet had my husband park his own stating they don’t park trucks anymore but had us go to the garage to park it. It was a very very tight winging pathway down, once started, no way to reverse it!!! His truck barely fit, all tires rubbed, rims got scratched! I see why they aren’t allowed to do it BUT warning the customer why would be nice!!! Instead of sending us that way with no way to reverse it! Now we spend $350 getting rims repaired! We have stayed at the Westin a lot because they always parked our vehicles. We didn’t know any different. But unfortunately, my husband said we will never stay there again because of the parking.

Close to the Great American Ballpark

Festival going on downtown had streets closed off. Travel was confusing and traffic was awful.

Very clean and spacious rooms/ facilities and in a great location.

It was super clean, and the rooms were spacious.

Our room view wasn’t the best. I don’t think I would pay the price again for what we got.

Our tub didn’t drain. I told them upon checkout as we only stayed one night but I didn’t want the next guest to have to deal with the hair that came back up from previous guests.

We enjoyed our day but very disappointed in the hotel

the staff was pleasant and willing to help

we had to wait forever for the elevators. They were very slow and couldn’t handle the amount of people there. We found the stairs and used them several times which was not convenient. very disappointing for a beautiful hotel. The lobby bathroom was locked and required your room key to enter which is fine but it is locked at 9 pm meaning if you needed to use it (which I did), you had to ride (or walk the stairs) to use your room. We called down valet parking, waited at least one half hour and had to wait a very long time once we got downstairs. If they charge $40 for valet parking, at least retrieve our vehicle in a timely manner (or tell us when we called that it would be over an hour)

Zaire who works at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. She helped us check in and let us know about different fun things to do during our stay. She is amazing!
