That the rooms were nice and clean. That the food was good. The pool was a decent size and all the kids had fun.
Only thing we didn't like there was no fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast was amazing. Full hot and cold buffet every morning. Pool was clean and very nice. We had a courtyard room opening onto the pool and a pet friendly room.
Barely anything. Traffic's not great in this area of CdA but enough nice people that let you in.

I liked the location and the breakfast.
The bed was too soft with no support. There was no water pressure in the shower. I asked the front desk if they could change my towels on my third day, she told me no problem yet they never did change them.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly except the cook.
The cook was kind of rude to the other staff.

I always try to stay here when passing though CDA
Sometimes the rooms are all booked up! I guess my complaint is it is too popular.

The location of the hotel was central.
I booked this hotel through booking.com. I was originally scheduled to arrive on Monday of last week, however, the weather did not allow for that so I went to booking.com and modified my stay.
I checked into the hotel and they had cancelled me. They stated that they had a very big event in town and didn't know if they had a room for me. After doing some further research, it appeared that booking, com did not relay the modification in the schedule, therefore, I was cancelled when I did not show up on Monday.
I ended up in a room in the back corner on the top floor. Not my preference since I had some heavy things that I had to carry for work. It was also right next to the very noisy freeway, so I didn't get much sleep for the 4 days that I was there.
I was also charged for the night that I "no-showed". Fortunately, I had my confirmation printed and looked at my credit card information prior to checking out, so they reimbursed me for the extra night.
During my stay, it snowed a lot then melted and froze again quickly. The maintenance crew could not keep up with the parking lot. The back parking lot sat in a "low" spot. My truck was in the middle of a frozen "pond" and I couldn't get to it. I asked if they could help so that I could get to my truck and get to my conference. They couldn't. I asked if they had ice melt that I could use to get to it, but they didn't. I had to get a ride to my conference with someone else.
Yesterday, I had all of my equipment and luggage piled on a service cart so that I could leave early for a 9 hour drive home. I got to the elevator and it was not in service. When I called to ask if they had another elevator I was told that they didn't & they didn't know when this one would be back in service. So, I made 7 trips up and down the stairs with the heavy equipment and left an hour later than I planned... this is why I wanted a first-floor room.

Great friendly attentive staff that really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Nice clean rooms, conveniently located near restaurants, stores and the freeway ( without the noise). One of the better breakfasts we’ve had at hotel in a long time.

The staff was very kind. Our room service breakfast server was very thoughtful and brought the extras you would want but forgot to ask for. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was an older gal with long gray hair and glasses, All the staff we interacted with were very nice.
The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well kept.
It would be nice to have a small ottoman to put your feet on, so your legs aren't dangling all the time. The bed mattresses are very hard.

Service and cleanliness were great.
First room...air conditioner didn't work, so the staff got me a different room which was great.
