Comfortable stay in Coeur d’Alene

Like the facilities and the staff, freshly made cookies were put out and they were delicious!! The room is spacious.

There were some traffic noise in the morning. Breakfast is lacking hot items, like eggs and some meat.

I liked that the room was big and the AC was running when we walked in. It was so hot the day we got there!

Not really a grassy place for the dogs outside. Other than that, I didn't have any complaints.

Location, nice room, nice bed and pillows. Friendly staff.

Only stairs. We'd been on a big trip, so our luggage was large, I had an injured knee, and my hubby has poor lung capacity; so a little rough up the stairs. The staff offered to help, but we/he lugged them up.

Reasonable price for a friendly, clean, updated stay that provides a nice, light breakfast.

Met by friendly staff, entered a clean room with updated decor, price was reasonable, breakfast offered a pour or pump creamer instead of little packets for coffee, also offered hard boiled eggs and patty sausage...very European.

Staff could have been more knowledgable about road construction and closed routes close by. Breakfast might have offered cream cheese for bagels/toast and fresh fruit, like apples or Halo oranges.

our stay was pleasant and they are in the process of upgrading so that was nice. Very bare bones but clean comfortable a

very convenient to many things. Ada room was large and easy to navigate. Bed was very comfortable .

no place to walk your dog. no cliset to hang clothes. no coffee maker

Breakfast was ok. The staff were nice. Location worked well for us.

The hotel is under renovations, but we were not made aware of this when booking. The price was too high for the current condition of the building. There was furniture, equipment, etc. in the hallways and lobby. Our room was dirty. Towels were dirty. Toilet was leaking onto the floor.

The location was good for what we were doing in CDA.

The property is under a heavy remodel, so the hallways looked more like a disaster area than a hotel with old beds, frames, siding, etc. strewn throughout. it was seriously hazardous.

Checkin was seamless, will stay here another time if I get to visit Coure D’elane again

Location was excellent for us, very central to restaurants, shopping, Costco…got a room at the end of the hall, so super quiet. Room was very clean, breakfast had quite a lot of selection….

Room cards had to be rekeyed once, only negative of the stay
