The bed was comfortable. The dogs being able to stay in the room so we could get breakfast was wonderful!
The dates rooms. The rug felt extremely dirty!

Nothing
The night staff was rude. It wasn’t clean. Breakfast wasn’t good. Wasn’t allowed a later checkout than half hr after normal check out time. I wanted later check out since I was getting married and needed more time but wasn’t allowed.

Good location and breakfast was a bit better than expected.
Terribly musky smelling lobby and worse in the room. On the ground floor and the window had NO lock (not broken - it just had NO lock). There was only a piece of wood to jam the window.

I chose the room with three queen beds. As I was getting to go with my daughter and my grandsons.
The free breakfast downstairs was OK.
When we got in our room, the first night we noticed the carpets were filthy. The two chairs had stains on them. Somebody had spilled something down the front of one of them so we didn’t want to sit in them without the towel or blanket.
The first night we rested OK. The boys couldn’t watch tv as the channels were blurry. They were told they were not able to fix it until the next day.
We got up in the morning and went to Silverwood. When we came back the room smelled like there’s been an electrical issue smelling like something was shorting out. We called the front desk to complain the desk person came upstairs and said oh, you ran the air conditioner all day, so that’s what you can expect that it’s kind of an older ac. We told them we weren’t comfortable stayed-in a room that had electrical possible issues.
They gave us two rooms that were average and much cleaner than the family room. We had to request a room change.

Breakfast was bland
The lobby could have been way more inviting

The breakfast was excellent! We've never seen before a machine that cooks pancakes, and we also thought the scrambled eggs was very good.
In our room (211) there is a squeaky floor.

The carpet was dirty and gross.

that the room was not completely clean. really should have the housekeepers check under everything….like the bed. I am a former housekeeper/inspector and the room definitely could have been a lot cleaner.

Needs to update a little. Carpet isn't the best.

Breakfast was good.
The bed was not comfortable at all.
Ice machine didn’t work.
4.5
The breakfast was great. I especially liked the pancake machine. The cleaning staff person was very sweet and friendly. As were the front desk employees. I stayed three nights. They also took care to remove the snow.
Noon checkout time would be better.
Two pm check in time would be better.
I was stuck indoors for a day due to snow. It would have been nice to remodel with a nice sitting area for a change of scenery.

Could not access the Wi-Fi for work on my laptop. Toilet seat was very loose and should have been notice by the housekeeper and reported to maintenance to have it fixed before guests arrived. We reported it.
