Location
Smells
2.7
Lots of hot water, easy parking lot to negate.
Could be cleaner, maybe not ask for tips in an envelope on a desk.
2.7
Very close to Moda Center
A little outdated but you pay for what you get
2.7
the calking around the shower was moldy.
2.7
Clean, comfortable and affordable. Overall not bad for a short stay. Room was a bit outdated, but not a deal breaker
The bath towels were barely larger than a hand towel. Need more outlets/USB ports near bed.
2.7
The size and comfort of the room.
Getting out of the bathroom after showering.
2.7
On site parking, nearby to where I needed to go
The lobby was closed most of the time and at check out I couldn't even walk through the lobby with all of my stuff- I was told I had to go through the side door, which had steps down and then steps up to get to the parking lot. That was a little ridiculous. Also, the bathroom is super small. Overall not a bad place just those 2 things were terrible.
2.7
I like how close it is to the Moda Center. Very short walk.
The property wreaks of cigarette smoke the minute you walk down the hallway. The bathroom is very small. You cant shut the doors getting in or out easily and the bed is very squeaky. You move it squeaks.

close to Moda center
homeless not managed near by , no replacement of towels, tiny towels need to do re grouting in bathroom. loud music until late night.

honestly not much.
unfriendly staff from the beginning.
room smelt like smoke, only my room. hallway was fine ?
no welcome anything in room, call log, anything four tourists or way of contact to staff.
was gone for an 11 hours and room service cart was two doors down and my dirty towels were still in the same spot as where I’d left them.
half of the remote worked for the television.
only note left in room was an envelope for a tip for room service.
I’ve stayed at Shilo inns before and I am very unpleased.

Convenient location for.more trip. The front desk staff was friendly. Having a small fridge qnd microwave was helpful
Furniture was worn and outdated. Otherwise, large, comfortable room
2.7
I love the location of this hotel, very short walking distance to the Moda Center and multiple restaurants.
2.7
Staff was pretty helpful

There was no breakfast from what I was informed, the room was in a good location and could see my vehicle outside, location is a bit shady since its right in front of a building that looks abandoned.
2.7
It was the cheapest option available. For the price and the location it was a very good option, especially if you visit a conference at the conference center, and I am happy with the stay. Was it the best? No, there is much room for improvement. But it also could have been much worse.
It was not the cleanest, there was no breakfast ("due to covid") and some shady people hang out in the general area. My room also was never cleaned during my stay. That would be fine for a ~3 day stay max, but after >7 nights...

Location was great.
The property is definitely older and it shows. All of the furniture had a lot of wear and tear, plus the sheets and towels were paper thin. However, you get what you pay for and since this is a budget motel, expecting things to be high quality is unrealistic. I also didn’t like the fact that I received a message from someone on staff saying that if I didn’t arrive to the hotel by a certain time, my reservation would be canceled. I was late checking in because my train from Seattle was delayed and there was nothing I could do. I felt that was pretty rude to demand I show up by X time in order to keep said reservation.

It was clean ..the booking was easy ..and staff friendly
That I had to pay a deposit and they are holding my money for 3 to 5 days..I should of got it back after checking out..or at least after the room was clean and checked for damages..

You're probably looking at this motel because it's the cheapest in the area, and that's exactly why we stayed there. Don't let the smelly old creepy hallways put you off. The rooms themselves are modern, clean, and comfortable. We were very impressed, and the front desk guy was super friendly! We'd definitely stay again.

The property was awful and I can’t believe Booking would allow it on their site. We have been loyal Booking clients and it makes me want to reconsider. The sheets are recycled, stained sheets, stained carpets, porn playing in the lobby when we arrived with our 11year old son.

location
my room smelled like urine and sketchy folks around the area
2.7
The staff was friendly. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.
Cleanliness was nonexistent. The carpet throughout, cobwebs on the ceilings, food on ceiling, and
mold in bathroom was disgusting. Garbage all over outside around dumpster.
2.7
The hotel is old and looks it, but the room was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny.
2.7
location
small bathroom. requested handicap room for my needs but was not available. was very hard to maneuver
2.7
There was NO breakfast available
The coffee maker did not work. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusting, the tub caulking was incomplete or missing in places, There was a chip in the finish of the tub. When we first arrived we had to first talk to the front desk clerk through an opening in the outside window since the main entry was locked (very impersonal), the air conditioner in the room was marginally effective, the bathroom was so tiny that in order to close the door one had to maneuver between the sink & shower & toilet so that the door had clearance to close (it had only a couple of inches between it and the toilet), all the woodwork in the room needed refinishing or replaced (many scratches and dings exposing bare wood.
