Location and price
I just moved to North pole 5 days ago. We were having water issues and needed showers. I booked this hotel and when we arrived My card wouldn't go through because I had spent my daily limit. I explained this to the lady at the front desk and said I needed my room canceled so it wouldn't be charged.. she said okay. Now I have a charge on my account for this hotel when I didnt stay. It wasn't like I didn't show up.

I loved that it felt like I was at home! I loved that the property staff was all really friendly and took care of every single one of my needs. Shout out to the hotel manager, she was so kind and held conversation with me in a polite and homey manner! I would 100% stay here all the time if I could.

location
when bookings it state there’s a coffee pot and coffee and there wasn’t. I couldn’t shut the bathroom door all the way, couldn’t turn the heat down -too hot to sleep, a kitchenette but totally empty of anything to even use.

The rooms were fairly clean except the kitchen floor and under the bed had a dirty sock..
Dirty floor and underneath the bed

Our room was filthy, food and red sticky somethings spilt in the drawers. Staff was apathetic at best. The front desk obviously would rather be anywhere but there.

The location was good I needed someplace to stay to get back to the airport. The breakfast was as expected and fine.
The room was hot, even though it was cool outside. The thermastat appears to be broken. Opening the window and running the fan helped. The toilet runs and the inside parts of the tank probably need to be replaced.
3.3
The breakfast is minimal-as these rooms have kitchens.Grocery store right across the street.Clean-comfortable room. It's a good place to stay.
More tv channels.

The excuse EVERYONE gives now is somehow Covid related---- but there was plain oatmeal with nothing to put in it but water & muffins, bars--- all high in carbs
empty coffee receptacles not refilled--- at 9AM I'm still drinking coffee, but because the bulk of the people staying here leave for work early, these are neglected after 8AM

secure and location
room preparation was very poor. unclean bath room and used soap and shampoo in tub area. no soap or shampoo in bath. commode not clean and no response from staff
3.3
nothing maybe the location
Trash under bed, tv going in and out, only one roll of toilet paper, blood stains on carpet and in restroom, smelt like smoke as soon as I walked out of my room and through out the whole building, staff looked intoxicated, crazy loud sound probably woke up the whole building early in the morning for about a hour, very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I arrived really early in the morning and had to roam around Fred Myer across the street for 8 hours because they said I couldn’t wait in the lobby or do anything for me

I love the staff, they were very friendly and super helpful. And I love that my dog was welcome.
I was very sad that the pool wasn't available. Or at least some notification that it wasn't open on the website so I wouldn't have planned for it and been disappointed.

Clean and safe. Staff were excellent
I normally prefer the personalization of a BnB, but due to a bit of a mix up landed here. Staff were excellent, felt safe at all times. It had that sterile hotel feel but if that’s your preference you can’t go wrong. I had no complaints.

terrible ....Have seen much better
only coffee and cereal
