Everybody was so friendly, efficient and professional. The breakfasts were delicious as was the tea, coffee and cookies that were available all day. The pool area was really peaceful and charming. The hotel, for us, was within easy walking distance of the town facilities and sea. It is always difficult to describe an atmosphere but we felt as if we had a truly relaxing, peaceful stay here. Thank you.

Helpful, friendly staff. Whale watching.
The shuttle isn't available when it rains, and the shuttle is essential for getting around. There's no dining nearby and parking in Provincetown is impossible, so you have to drive away from where the action is to get a meal.

I liked everything about this hotel. It started with an electric shuttle picking us up at the ferry and available to drive us around, then beautiful grounds, swimming pool, friendly attentive staff, clean room, good breakfast included, excellent baked goods to munch on at all hours. And we enjoyed lovely weather to boot.
The bed was very, very high and I had no small difficulty climbing up onto it. After two nights my back was sore and stiff. It's the only reason I would consider not returning for another stay.

Use of a heated pool 🤣

The delivered breakfast was exceptional. Much appreciated that you brought it directly to my room and I didn't have to go anywhere to pick it up. Thank you so much!
4.5
The only negative I have is the need for some form of local transportation. Either a shuttle, or local trolley to the center of town.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help in every way they could. The rooms are extremely spacious compared to the other hotels and B and B's in town. The breakfast buffet was cancelled due to Covid 19, so they offered delivery to the room of a marvelous menu of breakfast items.
4.5
Everything was nice and clean. Basic room, but again, very clean. The bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, LOTS of very nice pillows! Breakfast was wonderful. Service was impeccable!
Tub was clean enough to take a nice hot bath and not be scared! Plenty of soft towels.
My stay was just what I needed which was quiet and refreshing.
The only thing I can think of is a microwave would have been helpful. The pool was closed cause it's almost November, and the Spa was closed due to COVID, so I can't comment on those.

Large size rooms, clean, and good amenities. The staff was polite and friendly and the room was quiet. The location is ideal as located a bit away from town, yet close enough for a nice walk to town and close to beaches.
The staff \ owners \ whomever do not reply to emails which is frustrating and less than professional. The bathroom, while clean, is a bit dated. A real nice breakfast is provided and items such as coffee and quiche could have been warmer when delivered.
4.5
Good communication via texting system was appreciated. Breakfast ordering via web form was great too, and the items were generally very good and fresh. Grounds were great, plenty of parking, staff very friendly. Come back here every year.
The internet! Unfortunately it's really slow and dies often. Wasn't able to complete a couple Zoom calls for last minute work stuff. Normally I wouldn't care at all since it's vacation, but if you really need reliable internet it was a problem here.
3.5
The pool and grounds are very nice and the pool has towels to use. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, which made the inn feel like home since we are from the south. Also, the kids loved the daily fresh baked cookies. The room is large, the shower has great water pressure and the water stays hot.
I booked based off the inn having a shuttle to transport us to and from the inn when needed. However, it was unfortunate to learn that the shuttle was only running late afternoon/early evening, especially with young kids. It limited a lot of what we could do in the mornings and made it difficult to do anything but walk since we didn’t bring car seats. We used the city shuttle when we could but it also didn’t start running until 9 am, which is rather late and it stops early at 6 pm. Other than a few small issues the first night at the inn, like our room being very hot when we arrived because air conditioning unit wasn’t already on, also being told there weren’t restaurants that deliver to the inn when there are a few options and taking very tired children into town because of the incorrect information, it was a good stay.
