Took a last minute trip to Ptown and decided to stay overnight. We were fortunate that The Queen Vic had a room available due to a last minute cancellation. The QV was theperfect place to access some of our favorite spots in town. We were able to walk and bike everywhere. Stan, the owner, cheerily greeted us upon arrival and made us feel quite welcome. Our room, especially the bed, was comfortable, making for a restful evening. We loved having access to the second floor deck. Really lovely to eat our breakfast outside on a fall morning. Highly recommend the QV!

The location was great and close to everything. it was great we did not have to drive anywhere. Breakfast was included and delicious and brought to our room like room service.
There was no parking on site but the parking lot was not too bad to park for the day and close to the property.

I really appreciated the kindness and authentically sweet nature of the woman who delivered my meal each morning. Don’t lose that rare gem! Stan and Josh, you were great as well. Breakfast was amazing!
I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer

walking distance to shops, port, restaurants. Price is reasonable. Stan was friendly and helpful, he gave us dinner recommendations.
The bar is not " open ". Really shouldn't advertise as having a bar. Not enough coffee for two guests with breakfast.

I couldn't find anything i didnt like ! It was quiet, even though are room was facing the street, staff was punctual every morning with our breakfast, so i have no complaints.

Fantastic location, great bed & breakfast. The breakfast was delicious… loved Josh’s creation, the chives on the eggs, sausages and delicious arugula salad! Can’t wait to return in the future!

This property is beautiful and located right on Commercial St where you can walk to everything! But the best part is the hosts! Stan, Josh and Paul are incredible and you won’t be disappointed in their service and hospitality. Will definitely be back!!

Everything was ready for our arrival. The parking lot where we left our car overnight was within easy walking distance and Provincetown centre was practically on our doorstep. Very handy!
An earlier breakfast. On the positive side, we filled in the time by taking a walk down by the beach with the sun shining all the way.

The location was the prime reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning and was on time and hit the spot. Highly recommend!
