It was a nice motel just be diligent on what floor you want

The breakfast

I asked for 1st floor do to knee surgery's on both knees and was given a 2nd floor room.

Great Stay in the Heart of Helen

Excellent location in the heart of Helen. Very friendly staff, clean room, adequate breakfast w/ waffles.

Nothing, except did not see the local black bear.

Ok for the price.

Convenience to Wall. It is a well kept but somewhat dated place with a great pool in a separate building. Very clean.

Dated cramped bathroom.

Well located to Badlands, clean, peaceful, and affordable.

Breakfast was good, with a varied selection of offerings to choose from. The pools were a hit with the family.

Overall worth it

Location was very convenient to The Badlands and we liked walking around and checking out Wall. We used a larger family-sized room and the space was good for our family of 6.

It was pretty expensive for just one night.

The staff was great and the breakfast was very well done with lots of options. Pool was great. Location was great for access to badlands and Wall Drug.

The room had a stale or musty smell. Also the pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable.

We liked Wall Drug and the Bad Lands. Convenient to several attractions

I needed a main floor room but I had forgotten to request it. They did not offer me a main floor room until I asked. They were going to put me in a pet room but that wasn’t good either. They didn’t offer us a main floor the next night until I said was going to cancel the next night and call another motel. Then they offered us a main floor the next night. So we liked that. But why did I have to ask, seems like they could have offered

Excellent jumping off point for Badlands, if you’ve never heard of it go to Wall Drug

Disappointing

When a facility charges an additional $30 for a pet, it would be nice to have a room that was close to the dog run area. Extremely inconvenient to be on the opposite side of the hotel.

Very good

The room was nice and clean. We had a nice hot breakfast. The pool and hot tub area was clean. Short walk to restaurants or down to Wall Drug. Free parking at this Motel.

The noise at 530am of the upstairs guest is my only complaint but not the motel's fault. I wished guest would respect other people trying to sleep.

Gym and pool open until late. Excellent location for visiting Badlands.

Carpet floor in the room was somewhat smelly. The breakfast was poor and unhealthy.
