The staff was terrible and rude. The sink was in my room had a major leak and I was told “oh well!”

Petit déjeuner basique : beaucoup de sucres et nourriture industrielle seulement rechauffée Personnel peu acceuillant et lors du signalement du problème du frigo qui congelais aliments et boissons, le personnel m'a pris pour un imbécile jusqu'au moment ou un technicien est venu arranger le défaut et s'excuser de ce malentendu

This facility was very nice and clean. Conveniently located very close to the metro station.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.

Great location right outside of DC

The breakfast had a great variety for the entire family. The fitness center was wonderful and very clean. The location was great. The complimentary shuttle made getting into the city very easy. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

My stay was comfortable and definitely would stay again

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good with different variety. I would definitely stay again.

There were no restaurants nearby in walking distance besides the fast food chipotle. Other than that, front desk provided menus when callled downstairs.

A potentially great stay if inconvenient situations were handled differently.

The room was really clean, and the breakfast was great and maintained well.

My room had a lot of small issues, the refrigerator not screwed down. So every time you tried to open it slid out, handle on draw came loose (had to rescues handle back on). There was no remote in the room and the iron did not work. & the worst of it all my room had no A/C. I called to front desk for a new room but I was told none was available. A man was sent to the room to check it. He did all the exact things I did, told me it would cool off in 5 mins and it didn’t. I had to go out and purchase fans to be able to get thru the night. When I checked out in the morning I complained about the heat and was informed that he told them that we never turned on the A/C which was not true it was on when he tried I watched him the entire time.!!

Beautiful hotel,nice quiet location.

Everything was perfect 🥰. My family and I really enjoyed our stay,the breakfast was delicious, we had many options to choose from .

My stay was great!

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly, I even saw the manager helping out. The side doors are secured, you need a key card for access which makes me feel safe. They serve hot and cold food for breakfast. Lastly, I enjoyed the pool. This was a great location to spend my birthday !

Superb

Location worked well for us. We were in town for two baseball games, Mets at Nats. We could walk to the Metro, take the Green Line to the Navy Yard/ballpark. Very convenient and fast “commute”.

Great stay

nice overnight stay

the room was nice, it was clean, and they provided free toiletries. the hotel overall was very clean and the breakfast was very good!

the only downside is that I specifically paid for this hotel because they had an indoor pool that was actually open, however the heat was broken so we couldn’t use it anyway.

The breakfast was good. Missing some vegetarian options though and we were pretty saddened by the waste and none recycling options Good location, clean, comfortable

We all need to push our concern for the planet by trying to recycle more and waste less. We would have loved to check out 1h later as we checked in very late and were tired but the staffs didn't offer flexibility on that matter
