Pleasant

Everything except the accommodations were all out

The staff isn't too pleasing to talk to, and they're facilities were down, but they definitely rushed to get you out. Earlier than departure time

Will never take my family there again

Location was nice

The hotel needs to update its photos online. The hotel is badly worn down. It smelled of mold in our room. The bed was as hard as a brick so I was glad it was only two nights that I had to Indore it. If it had not been for me having to leave another hotel for the same reason, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Ps, I am the last one to complain about anything but this trip took the cake.

Hotel was OK but wouldn't stay there again.

Location on the beach, ocean view and hotel's pool area. Also, The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our apartment was on the 22nd floor, which stunk due to a soiled carpet (See pics) which should be replaced immediately. The odor didn't permeate our room, but in retrospect we should have demanded a room on another floor. Our stay was acceptable, but for a few reasons not mentioned, we wouldn't book there again.

Decent, pay for what you get.

The view of the ocean even from the side was nice. The kitchen was nice as well.

The second bathroom was very small and the shower was even smaller. The sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced, was like sleeping on springs. Need more elevators if possible. Sometimes waiting for 10+ mins for the elevator.

My stay was wonderful...even tho a friend showed up and crashed my last night there

I loved the room the space provided for our things. The location was phenomenal 😊

I didn't like that the staff and security couldn't remove a friend that came unannounced to my room, without a police report, you'd think if you asked them to remove someone they could esp for the price paid to be there

it was entirely too expensive and only 2 pillows bed was not very comfortable and it smelled like a cigarette. was not worth over 400$ for one night. the hot tubs didn’t work.

The airbnb was nice

My car got broken into the first night, my family and I got stuck on the elevator in the parking garage we had to walk all the way down to ground, one of the hot tubs was not working, the restaurant was closed.

They answered, wait until tomorrow, it was a pretty bad answer because I needed to sleep and the bed was dirty and no one helped me the next morning the floor was flooded and even no one helped, I clean with towels and in the 3 days I was there no one gave me clean towels or toilet paper, terrible experience.

Will never stay here again

Our 1st room was completely completely filthy. There were plenty of signs that they did not clean or wash the sheets. The staff and security told us the night that we checked in that we could park our trailer and motorcycles on the property. The next morning they had to give us a new room because of how dirty ours was plus our trailer and motorcycles both had tickets on them and they were harassing us threatening to tow them away. We had to find other accommodations for them. Then they allowed another guess of the hotel to park their trailer on the premises after telling us we had to move ours. I have never had to stay at a hotel where I had to go spend my own money in cleaning supplies to feel comfortable staying there. Their vending machine took my money and the answer to the solution was to call the number and wait for them to bring me their money knowing the company wouldn't come until after my stay was over. This place was definitely not worth $2000 and stay here again. Old, dirty, mode, and bugs.
