9 Bancroft Place is a charming, ground floor apartment, ideally located just five minutes walk from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, sleeping four people. This apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with an electric fire and a dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio to the rear with furniture. 9 Bancroft Place is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: The patio overlooks the canal, so children should be supervised.
