The place needs updating and upkeep
I am greatful to have a place to bring my dog but if a person is going to be in a room with there pet the room should not be a kennel too
It was available The mattress was comfortable
Now I know why

The parking lot was very dark and uninviting. Did not feel safe. Room was warm and the AC did not seem to be working well. No elevator to the second floor.

The beds were comfortable.
We found a large black spider in the tub and then saw a couple of cockroaches walk across the TV screen . When notifying the front desk, the response was, "What do you want me to do about it?". Not great customer service!
Even inexpensive accommodations should be free of bugs.

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Ok breakfast.
Kind of a pain to get everything into the room from the car. And back out.

location was fine, staff was nice, bed was comfortable but sounded like a tin can when you sat on it
dead bolt lock did not work, the room was dirty-- crud on the dresser, tons of crud under the sink (i dropped my toothpaste and had to retrieve it)-- res was for king bed-- none available when we got there, carpet into the hotel was sooooo very dirty you hated to walk on it, windows opened but no screens, room was smelly (not cigarette smoke, just a very stale smell) , the water faucet in the bathroom dripped all night, the breakfast was sparce-- nothing hot except coffee and instant oatmeal-- juice machine only released colored water-- no cranberry nor orange came out-- garbage can looked like bird feces it was soooo dirty, counter was dirty-- and they didn;t open to door to the breakfast area until 0700 which was late if traveling

Breakfast was great and staff allowed early check-in as I had the time incorrect.
Facilities were dingy, dirty, broken, and run down.

The breakfast exceeded expectations.
It is an older facility, and it shows.

The staff were friendly
The burnt sheet, the cobwebs in the room, the shower barrier that stops the water was broken, the ceiling tiles were all stained from a water leak, there was an outlet in the hallway that had burn marks on the top outlet and was taped over leaving the bottom one for use. There was trash all in the parking lot. I know I left my sweater behind, when I called about it they did not have it. I also have pictures.

The location was very good for our needs and the proximity to the wedding reception that we were attending. The breakfast was great and more food and variety than we were expecting. We were very pleased with it. We were grateful that the management allowed us to stay until noon the next day, even though check out is usually at 11:00AM. We were very tired and the extra morning rest made it easier to drive the 4 1/2 hours to get home. (we are 79 and 87 years old.)
When my partner pulled down the covering on the bed he found a bug about a half inch long on the sheet on his side. We didn't complain about it because there weren't any more and he was able to dispose of it to our satisfaction. We didn't like that there was only one waste basket in the room and only one bedside lamp. There was no lounge chair, only a desk chair.
Since I am handicapped a lounge chair would have helped. The room cost a bit more than $216 for one night. WE joked between us that the bug was "free.". We booked the room with booking.com and were refused the AAA discount when we checked in.
