disappointed in breakfast- stayed with granddaughter in a junior suite. Pull out bed was springy; staff very helpful to provide extra blankets to try to cushion her.

The room was so clean and spacious.
The front desk staff did not know what they were doing. The night staff were excellent the day staff front desk did not.

Room was beautiful, indoor pool and the breakfast was really good! The price of the suite we got was really affordable, it was cheaper then any other regular room we found anywheres and had a stove top so we didn’t always have to eat out.
The only thing I didn’t really like about it was late at night they had other visitors at the outdoor fire pit and they were extremely loud and drunk. The fire pit was right outside our room window so we could hear them and they woke my son up.

Clean rooms, kitchen was great for traveling with children. Pool was very clean and heated. Breakfast was great, varied selection and delicious.
Beds and pull out couch weren’t super comfortable.

The ratings given in this review DO NOT reflect this property as even with a confirmation number from booking.com the hotel had absolutely no record of our booking and were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. On this trip, this was the s\SECOND instance of Booking.com not coming through for us. Admittedly the in the first instance my wife did not receive a confirmation number. Only through the excellent work of the Homewood's manager Andrew were we able to find accommodation for our stay.
I would NEVER recommend Booking.com to anyone anytime.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
Air conditioning was very loud all night.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was nice with plenty of gluten free items that my wife needed due to a sensitive allergy.
Never had to call for cleaning of the room between nights. What a surprise to see that no one had come to clean, change sheets and not provide new towels. I had never been at a hotel or resort that required a scheduled cleaning appointment.

nice middle priced hotel. our second stay at this property. clean, comfortable, accommodating staff, decent breakfast.
considerable noise in the morning-children running and talking loudly in the corridors despite do not disturb/sleeping markers on numerous doors.

The premise was very clean. Per friendly. Easy to navigate. Close to just about anything you may like/want. Friendly staff upon checking in. Kim was great.
Offering breakfast is wonderful! However one woman in particular started rushing folks much earlier then the set end time for said breakfast. The end time was posted as 10 o'clock on the weekends. At 9:45am the attendant became aggravated with folks who had just come in. As 10 o'clock came around the aggravation with paying guests enjoying the offered amenity became even more clear. The attendant came in very close contact with my 6 year old daughter grabbing, pulling, and slamming around the table directly next to her. Startling my child with her aggression. The table I'm speaking of was directly connected to the one we were enjoying our breakfast at. Beyond slamming pulling the table over, grunting, and slamming it around as if it were important to get the dining room clean, the attendant clearly was only in it to show her aggravation. Why do I say this? The next table over was notably dirty. Yet was left dirty. Lastly I'll note that the attendant approached the trash can, sighed loudly, looked around, and hollered "I guess I'll give the trash just a few more minutes". At this time it is 10:07am. After this she began going up to table not asking to take dishes but just simply saying "I'm just going to grab that". Meanwhile these folks were stillt dying to enjoy their breakfast. I get that serving breakfast ends at 10am. But I was lead to believe that area was a common area and available all day. Not an area that folks need to rush away from. Up until this, I believe I had found my new place to stay when traveling. Not a great way to end the experience for guests.

It was clean and well kept.
I booked a non smoking room and it still smelt of cigarettes. Wasn’t very happy to be honest. Due to the fact that cigarettes give me migraines.

We booked a king suite. Having a complete kitchenette/dining area and sofa with end tables, soft foot hassocks and large flat screen TV that swiveled for ease of viewing from bed or sofa. Very comfy bed and pillows, large bathrooom vanity and walk in shower with 2 shower heads. Lots of easily accessible outlets/ports for charging phones, laptops. Excellent included breakfast with scrambled, boiled and omelet style eggs, home fries, sausages, cereals, waffles, yogurts, fruits, juices, coffee. Beautiful, clean, large, comfortable breakfast room. Heated, very clean indoor pool. Friendly, very efficient staff. Great value. Accepts pets also. Elevator, beautiful decor and carpeting.
Need larger coffee mugs and bowls in kitchenette, tiny, and only one pan, which was a large pot. Did not like large scary picture of mean owl right behind toilet. Was glad we were not near room with multiple dogs that barked.

We called to ask for early check-in and Kim was so friendly; when we arrived she was there to help. Kim explained everything that we would need to know for the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Sometimes the food was too cool or dry.. The location was convenient.
We don’t like or understand the intent of the owl picture over the toilet. If anything, it doesn’t make you feel welcome in the bathroom! Suggest getting rid of them.
