Bloodstained comforter and the previous guest's dirty underwear behind the night stand would probably top my list. Door malfunctioning and blowing open because it wouldn't lock, roaches, the dog poop pile five feet from the door on the second floor, absentee manager, and the harassment from the front desk day employee would be second.

no comfort, very dirty rooms and full of insects

The price was great!!!
On the hand they had a policy in place where you had to make a $50.00 deposit in cash. Well l had no clue this was their policy and nowhere is it advertised. I had no cash on hand traveling so l had to go find an ATM. The other problem-some guy walking around there asking if l had a lighter. The next morning, he asks for a cigarette. Lastly, one room smelled like mold, the guy changed it quickly!!! Lots of weed smell coming through the vents!!!🤔
The beds not comfortable, sheets had stains, the carpet needs to be replaced. The fact they charge a cash deposit and it's not mentioned when you book online!
The rooms smelt like mold and weed! They need to consider a few major upgrades. The microwave didn't work so l called the front desk and no one ever came to see/fix the issue!!!

The price was good, but remember you get what you pay for. So if your on a tight budget ... that's what you get. I booked this room because it was close to my daughter's house. I won't stay again.
Well for starters, you have to our a cash deposit down for the room and they have to inspect it before you get it back. There were roaches in the room. The water pressure was is not great. If you're staying in Tulsa.... spend the extra money for a better room.

This was the worst hotel experience I can even imagine. Violated ADA laws and health regulations renting rooms with viable mold everywhere
James. The front desk clerk. He was understanding and helped me book a room at the sister hotel when customer service refused. He went above and beyond

Cockroaches Bed Bugs and no AC all of the rooms smelled like urine

the lady at the front desk was pleasant.
I was attacked and literally eaten alive by bed bugs and couldn’t even sleep there! I had to get up in the middle of being munched on and go find another hotel. I was mortified.

Price was ok, that's why I booked it.
Animal feces under the dresser, cockroaches on the wall. I asked for the room to either be cleaned or for me to receive a new room. Left for dinner, came back 2hrs later, no room change. And not cleaned. I told the cashier I wanted a new room or was leaving as this was not a healthy environment, and he said no rooms were available and nobody available to clean. There were giant piles of dog feces on the upper walkway and deck, likely not helping the cockroach issue. I checked out and left.
This might very well be the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. Cashier refused to refund me. I called for management, and was told they were unavailable. After I left I called management several times, they never answered or returned my call, but had time to talk to my bank when they reversed my payment.

Nothing.
The OYO Hotel is by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel. My wife saw a cockroach in our room, no toilet paper, no shower curtain, the fire alarm was missing, and there broken windows near the back of the building. We walked into the room, saw the condition and immediately left and the staff refused to issue a refund. This hotel is a fraud and I will be reporting it to the City of Tulsa.
