Old school charm and vibe
During renovations, paint overspray got on the privacy glass in bathroom. Shower fixtures were showing signs of wear and the bathroom sink caulking was ugly, failing and looking old.

Nice rooms, bed was comfy, a/c worked well (118 daytime temp)
Breakfast...ok
Breakfast could of had a little more options, pool water was hot. But it had been 118 everyday. So understandable

Very clean up to date property
4.0
The location and the pool.
Some of the areas in the room could’ve used more cleaning. Not having anyone at the office and having to go to their sister location across the street for everything.

maybe need to add more pool beds, at least 2 for each room ( and umbrellas)

Brianna was an amazing host! She was very welcoming and went beyond our expectations of service, she made us feel right at home. We loved the spacious room, and the completeness of the amenities. We'll definitely be back!

it’s beautiful and the location is perfect!
the only issue we had was we rented the suite.. it has a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. a mini fridge, microwave and dishes.. but NO sink! so we had to wash and rinse everything in the bathroom. we just found it super odd!

location was terrific. rooms very nice, could use a little refresher but nice. grounds are nice.
guests smoking marijuana, it stinks. breakfast could be a bit nicer as well as the night refreshments

the proximity to downtown
dog friendly
Not safe!
the front door of my room was open when I arrived at 8pm,
the courtyard facing window did not lock (broken),
the window blinds were broken and missing slots.
the front desk staff moved me to a new room the next day, but were not sympathetic to the security issue and me being scared for my safety. made it feel like I was bothering/inconveniencing them by asking to change rooms
shower head made for someone under 5’ tall
rusty base boards

Everything. So clean, quiet and calm.
The bed. Our bed was super squeaky/ loud. There was a cheap Airbnb quality to the actual bed. It was propped up with plywood and super uncomfortable.

I love this place. I’ve stayed a number of times. It’s very comfortable. The location is perfect. They have a nice simple morning breakfast. The staff are accommodating and kind. I have absolutely zero complaints. Ons of my favorite places to stay especially for the price.

Beatiful, cozy little Hotel.

The central location was excellent. The ice machine was good.
There was never any hot water. Luckily it was hot, so cold showers were ok. There is no reception area at the property and you have to check in across the street. The description indicates there is a EV charger, but there wasn’t one. There are windows at the top of the wall in the room and lights outside that do not turn off, so there is never any darkness.

Quiet and private, well decorated.
Can't think of anything

I like the small number of rooms at this property. The rooms are good size but for the price there are more updated hotels in the same area for a better rate.
While this hotel has been updated since we originally stayed here, it is still in need of modernization. The plumbing is very outdated. The pool was also cloudy the entire time so they really need someone there daily to keep it clean.

Wonderful room and fantastic pool.
Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

My room was great. The property is very relaxing, due to the 21 and older policy, with all the rooms facing the pool and courtyard. The Three Fifty is located close to everything in downtown Palm Springs.
The pool lounges were situated on concrete that was not treated with cool decking and very hot. Though, the surrounding area was cool decking.

The air conditioner in the room worked really well. Temperature stayed perfect at all times, day or night. The pool was delicious. The water felt good and it was the proper temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. The atmosphere was good. It was quiet in the evenings and night.
Surprised that they did not account for people that drink decaf - in the breakfast nook or in the room.
We really needed new towels but were not offered them. The pool towels were scarce.

Really unique small hotel very close to downtown with a nice pool. Walking distance to most things in town. Get to know your fellow guests as there are only 10 rooms. Room was clean spacious and well appointed.
No office at the hotel so you have to check in at the La Serene villas across the street
