posizione, pulizia, valet service, qualità arredi e struttura

come spesso negli USA seppur in strutture 5stars personale troppo giovane, senza esperienza ed inadeguato completamente nella gestione di clientela internazionale; dovuto a questo il cliente non si sente a suo agio. la gestione del bar ristorante all ultimo piano che dovrebbe essere una chicca a mio modesto avviso è SURREALE, esempio pratico dirimente <. ordino due bicchieri di vino quotato visto che la zona risulta dichiaratamente enologica (napa valley ) la ragazza, pure maitre di sala mi porta due calici ( 50 USD oltre mancia obbligatoria )pero' nel bicchiere solitamente dedicato all acqua...la chiamo nuovamente al tavolo e le spiego l errore lapalissiano ; Lei totalmente ignorante mi cambia i bicchieri ma con altri simili sempre dedicati all' acqua/coca cola....la richiamo e m'innervosisco platealmente : Lei serenamente mi dice che non hanno altri bicchieri se non di questo tipo, indicandomi a conferma altri tavoli con gli stessi bicchieri...Basta ho capito, rispondo abbiamo finito...mi alzo e me ne vado...ignoranza professionale totale..inadeguata e pure maitre di sala...ecco un po' tutto lo staff era su questa falsariga concettuale...concierge compresa, voto 3.

Great Location to Stay

Location was amazing. Staff was very nice. Loved the evening treats on the bed.

Sky and Vine menu options. Drinks were small , overpriced and not good. Food was subpar

We will be back!

Very modern and clean. The standard rooms are small. We asked for a larger room which did cost more but it was well worth it. The balcony was huge, the room itself was immaculate and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant and lounge area were amazing as well

1. Excellent location. There are many restaurants and tasting rooms around the hotel. the room and bathroom size is good . Spacious. 2. Hotel staff is very helpful. Cindy gave good recommendation and managed our reservations for mud bath and restaurants.

1 . The housekeeping team should give some attention to the balcony. 2. The replenishment of the bathroom essential. The housekeeping team forgot to replenish the salt bath packet. 3. The bed is too soft.

Since we booked through third party hotel did not care about our comfort.

Central location to shopping and entertainment.

Room was horrible. Like it was never originally meant to be a room. Window looked out onto roof and would not open. Very stuffy in room with no airflow. Very small room could barely accommodate two people. Booked through third part so hotel said they could not help with any complaints.

Excellent, high-end property for downtown Napa stay.

Very convenient location, right downtown and within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable, spacious room. New, clean, nicely decorated common spaces. Great rooftop space. Friendly greeting and help at check-in. Quick and convenient valet service.

Strengths of the property are reflected in the price. Room keys were deactivated despite (expensive) late check-out. Cold and unhelpful treatment at check-out. Limited breakfast options in the property, but several good options within walking distance.

Amazing venue in an amazing location with an amazing staff.

The breakfast was amazing...food that I had never experienced.

Better organization at the Sky & Vine bar. Some of the servers were not happy to have the bar be busy and it was reflected in their attitude and service.

Expensive for the quality of room/service. Not a good value. Food at the restaraunt/bar on top of the hotel not at all up to Napa Valley standards. Took two calls to get someone to fix a mechanical issue in the rooms. Scenic view from our hotel room was two rooftops of neighboring buildings

So sad that the rich get to enjoy and the rest of us get looked down upon.

It's a beautiful property and the Restaurant was amazing!

I didn't like the under trained, clueless front desk agent that literally turned me away because I needed to use two credit cards to pay the ridiculous incidental fees. Bottom line if your rich, this place is great, but if your not...forgettaboutit.

overpriced, incompetent, inhospitable

location, center of downtown napa, very convenient

no convenient parking so daily valet $30; valets twice missed a texted request to bring car around (both from us and from another guest), so waiting 20+ minutes before escalating; heater/aircon too noisy to sleep through; refrigerator in room but filled with ludicrously overpriced drinks for sale (as if the room rate weren't steep enough); pillows suffocatingly soft; brunch reservation request acknowledged in multiple texts from venue and their table res. system only to find the time confirmed was 30 minutes before the restaurant opened, so 8 guests left with nowhere to sit and nothing to eat; staff suggested we call the manager but when we asked THEM to call him they "have no phone"; so we called his cell, got voicemail and vm box was "full"; a clown-car, a dumpster fire.

Rooftop bar was lovely. Room was lovely and modern! loved the robes and slippers. great location is the heart of downtown.
